Thinking of choosing Richmond BMW Midlothian? Please do not make this reckless decision. If you really love your self-respect, money, and time then do not choose them. I made this decision and I am regretting it. My friend called them to send away a part that her car needed. Their website was truly compelling for both of us so actually, we both were dumb enough to choose them. First, they call all their parts genuine but it is not at all true. Second, the parts are quite expensive. The extra amount justifies their genuine parts claim for a common man. My friend got trapped in this and ordered the part a week ago. They were supposed to deliver it in three working days but took the whole week and the part arrived on Friday. Surprisingly, the part my friend ordered was not the one delivered. She called them immediately and she was left with a simple answer that she had made a mistake while placing the order and that they will not exchange it. She had to pay the bill before receiving the order and so she is facing a loss of $1000. As far as I am concerned, I have received my BMW this morning which was booked 8 months ago. It was a used BMW drive 40000 miles and I had paid 60% of the price as I was asked by the dealer. The car I received today has scratches all over it and there is a dent on the bonnet. I know I bought a used car but that does not mean you can deliver anything. Plus, the car I was shown had no scratches or dents. I had pictures of the car too. The quality of their parts and other deliverables suck. They are highly unprofessional and have no sense of customer dealing at all. You deliver what you commit but this is not known by the owner or staff members at Richmond BMW Midlothian. My friend trusted them with the part because I had booked a car from them and their website has been maintained very proficiently. After receiving the car, I called them to complain about it but I was not answered. Moreover, I have received an email that demands the payment of the remaining 40%. Like why should I pay the rest when the car delivered sucks at quality? Well, I even went to their office to complain about my car and the wrong part delivered to my friend. The environment and customer support were truly unbearable. I could feel a loss of money and a waste of time in the atmosphere. I showed them the pictures I demanded and my friend was with me so she also stated her issue but they replied like they are the boss of everything and I was embarrassed that why the hell did I choose them. Very poor customer service. I will not go to them and would suggest the same to everyone.
