I ordered some bangles in early March of 2016 and it is June 5th, 2016 and the status is "processing." It has been like this for the past two months. I wonder if they are still functional. If they are not, they should refund my money. I have sent them numerous e-mails and called them many times and have not read or heard from anyone. I need a refund please.
