We are leasing a Copier/Fax/Scanner from Ricoh USA with a Service contract that provides ink for the copier, soon after they install it, it runs out of ink in the middle of a very busy day. We couldn’t function without this copier. We called our sales person Jennifer Fray and she told us we were supposed to let them know when it was low in ink (really?) Anyway, they didn’t have any ink in all of Salt Lake so she told us to purchase is from an outside source and she would reinburse us since we run out so soon after we got the machine. Well here we are over a year later and no reinbursement and no resolution to this issue. Jennifer Fray has not returned one of my calls even after I talked to several Customer (NO) service people at Ricoh. This is over $56.00 They lost me as a customer on any future purchases which we just did from one of their competitors
