I had ordered about $200 worth of tools and equipment from that site. First, they charged me around $100 for shipping and when I received the products some of them were broken. I contacted these people for a replacement and they told me that they’ll send someone to bring the replacement for my product but the person never arrived. I ended up waiting for a week. But when I didn’t hear from those guys I contacted them again about the defective product.
Now, when I contacted them this time, they told me that they weren’t aware of my complaint. I told them I have been waiting for a week for their replacement guy to arrive but they said it never takes that long. Their customer service representative told me that he will look into the matter and inform me about the replacement. Can you guess what happened next? I had to give him a call again after a few hours.
I asked him if he looked into the matter but he kept dodging the question. I asked to talk to a superior for which I was put on hold for around 20-30 minutes. At last, I canceled the call. Those people had already deducted the sum from my credit card. I had contacted them again for a refund but they said they don’t issue refunds for such old orders. So you can understand how frustrated and irritated I must have been after this fiasco. I not only ended up losing around $300 but I also had to waste my time talking to their pathetic customer support.
I found out that I’m not the only guy who has faced this problem with Rigging Warehouse. One other customer was shipped the wrong product. They had given him a cheaper version of what he had ordered. His order was not this big but still, that guy didn’t receive any replacement or refund from the Rigging Warehouse.
This company is a big sham. The worst thing is, you can’t find out their reality easily. The negative review I mentioned above was removed from a website later on. You’ll only find positive reviews about Rigging Warehouse online and that’s a shameful fact. These people spend a lot of effort to maintain a good reputation online. They don’t care about stealing money from others and sending broken or defective items to their customers.
Their customer support is useless too. Those people don’t know how to talk to the customers and handle the complaints. Their representatives simply put you on hold when you demand to talk to their superiors. It doesn’t matter to them if they are wasting your time.
I ended up losing $300 to these people so I wanted to alert others. I hope my experience will help you get a clear understanding of Rigging Warehouse and its ethics. These are depraved people who only care about stealing money from other people’s pockets. Be wary.
