My wife and I are always very particular about the choices that we make, we always try to make sure that the products and services we purchase are genuine. However, there was this one time when we were influenced by a friend of ours into choosing Riverland homes Inc for buying a second house for ourselves, and for me, that turned out to be the biggest mistake. Their customer service is so poor that I had call on their number +1 916-850-0536 over 10 times with no answer from anyone. When we visited their office at Granite Bay, it seemed a very promising company, but the ugly realities surfaced as soon as the work began.
Their workers were highly inefficient and the quality of the materials that they were using to build the house were found to be of a very inferior quality. I was ready to pay any sum that was required for building the best quality house and I did pay a good amount to them just the way they had requested. However, when they started using the materials for construction and I happened to pay a visit to the site one fine day, all of a sudden, I was shocked! At that point of time, the managerial staff put the blame on the workers’ slyness and they did use better quality materials henceforth, but my trust was shaken.
Riverland Homes Inc did not even bother to provide us with the warranty of 1 year and neither did they ever use insulation on our walls or the attic. All of these were promised by them verbally and the payments for these were taken, but there was no mention of the same in the final invoice. This incident has been a major eye opener for us and we will never again recommend Riverland Homes Inc to anyone!
