RMS Movers don’t have communication skills and aren’t professional in moving belongings without causing damages to items. I hired the company to have my belongings moved to my new address.
This experience wasn’t pleasant or friendly toward me. Drivers don’t keep to their speed limits and drive as they wish with deliveries in the truck. I had no idea what to expect from the company. They failed to update me of the truck destination and at what time I to expect my delivery at my new address.
I couldn’t cancel the hired truck and paid my price for their terrible services.
The next day I called the company of my delivery and didn’t get an answer from RMS Movers.
This didn’t give me a positive experience from the staff members.
It isn’t a company worthy of clients and doesn\’t give the client what they pay for as I have experienced at RMS Movers.
Waiting on the truck delivery is frustrating and of great concern to my belongings. I wanted everything to turn out fine with the delivery. My belongings need extra care and packing in the truck.
No emails and telephone calls of my belongings and I felt unsatisfied with the process in delivery and team from the company. It is not worthy of the client’s service and is a waste of money to deal with RMS Movers.
Inexperienced drivers rushed the packing of the items in the van and sped through deliveries from one place to the next.
A day had passed by when I got a call that my items have arrived at the new address.
I felt the long wait is over and I have my belongings in order. The experience caused me stressful days from the untrained team.
I received my belongings and was shocked to see the packaging on my items were open and most of my belongings damaged due to the truck. It is the worst I have experienced at RMS Movers.
I wasn’t pleased with the unprofessional job I received by RMS Movers.
It is unacceptable to work with an inexperienced team.
The promising and confident smiles weren’t real to me. This is their way of impressing clients when hiring the company to move belongings to your place of request. I refused to pay damage fees. The insurance company covered most of the expenses and I didn’t pay for the rest of it. The company needs upgrading on information and to employ professionals to handle deliveries with care. I have no intentions to recommend RMS Movers for the terrible delivery services I experienced at the company.
I felt disappointment and wasn’t pleased with any of the services to me. This is no communication and feedback from the company of their rude and disrespectful attitude toward me. I experienced the unfriendly staff and the poor management from the company. Research and go where you find professionalism and polite staff from a company.
