As the names suggests, they provide truck tires and related services. They’re based in Camden, New Jersey.  My brother is a truck dealer. He has his own agency, and he owns 6 trucks. He gave an order for 50 truck tires. He was expecting it to be delivered on time. It was late by about 20 days. These people were testing his patience. He kept approaching them for faster service, but they kept making excuses. Since they already took advance, and also refused for the refund; he had no choice but to wait. People at R & R have attitude problems. They treat their customers with no professionalism at all.

Once the order was ready, they demanded for more money saying that the tires were of better quality than ordered. Who the hell asked them to deliver different set of tires? My brother tried to question them, but all in vain as he was threatened by the manager. He had to pay almost double the price that it would cost you normally. They were not done here. My brother was abused and thrown out of that place. Our family had to go through a severe mental torture because of the harassment my brother faced by those people at R & R Truck tire Services Inc.

They’re mafias – they’ll loot your money, and will threaten you if you try to question them. In case you’re thinking about the quality of those tires; no, they were not at all of high quality. They must be making hell lot of money by fooling and threatening their customers, and providing pathetic customer service and value in return. I will suggest you to never ever go to this shop to truck tires and related services. There are way better options around in the region who provide above average services at an affordable price.
