I ordered a key for for my 1996 Corvette. I previously purchased one from this dealer in 2014. At that time, the new Key Fob did not work and they had to replace it. Now they ordered another one, I first brought the car there to be diagnosed. They programmed it today. Charged me $280.00. After paying the bill they now tell me it does not work and there is something wrong with the car door. I spoke to Tony LoBello in service. I am disputing this charge with AMEX as I feel they sold me something I did not need and now tell me something else is wrong with the car. this is the 2nd incident I have had with this service department.
