I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been treating teens, adults and families for over 25 years. My goal with teens is help change emotional and behavioral patterns that become roadblocks to achieving a healthy and secure life. My focus with adults is to help change unhealthy patterns by finding new ways of thinking, behaving and responding to maximize potential. My clients struggle with mental health issues, trauma, behavioral problems and addictive disorders including: substance abuse, gambling, social media, eating, etc. I guide my clients towards establishing balance in life for lasting change and continued growth.I am an active therapist that builds rapport with my clients quickly and guides towards positive change and solutions. I help my clients to become the best version of themselves. My clients struggle with mental and behavioral health issues and a variety of addictive disorders.
