I have ordered something from www.rockbottomgolf.com and next day saw a big discount! I contacted customer service and asked them to refund me the price difference but they refused and said it was not possible. So I decided to cancel my order and asked for a full refund. They cancelled my order and few days later I received a refund. Everything seemed ok until I found out they refunded me only the discount price!! I contacted them right away and they claimed there was nothing wrong and they did everything right! I told them that I bought the item for the old price and they said they’ll check it and promised to contact me back later. They never called me back and they still owe me!!

I purchased a “Callaway” wood from RBG a about a year ago. A month or so ago, the shaft broke. I tried to contact RBG but of course they are of no help. Via email, they told me that they would need the sales receipt, original packing slip, etc. Who keeps the original packing slip? Fortunately, a friend of mine who is a golf pro at my local club told me that Callaway is good at repairing their equipment and would fix it for me without all of that. He sent my broken club in with his information. They informed him that the club was a fake! WHAT!!! this was not bought off of eBay, this was directly from ROCKBOTTOMGOLF.COM! I was sold a fake 3 Wood! I am not sure what to do next. I guess I will go to the sate attorneys office, but will attempt to call in through their “sales line” first.

I sent 6 hybrids to RBG through their trade in program. They claimed only to receive 4. Each club was to bring a $26 gift cert. Although each club was labeled with my name they could not locate them. It’s my word against theirs. They did communicate with me, however only to say they can’t help. Beware of this program. I’m suspicious. They apparently partner with Dallas Golf on this program and tried to push blame to them. I am a multiple returning customer, they should have done more like give me the $52 credit they promised.
