My parents got scammed

So, I came here to write our experience with this dealer, very bad actually.
I went to this Audi center with my parents last week to buy my very first car. I had in mind a beautiful Audi Q5 I had seen online, and I just needed it. My parents actually bothered to take me all the way to this dealer so I could have my Audi, and they were surprised by the worst sales experience ever. My dad has bought at least 3 Audis before, he knows the kind of service that an Audi customer should receive, and he knew this wasn’t it.
So, we got there at around 2 PM, the salesperson took us to the car, we inspected it for about 15 minutes, then I asked if a test drive was possible. The salesperson (I think his name was Tim), says that it was not possible to take the car out until we bought it. My father knew that was unacceptable, but he decided to wait instead of making a scene there. My parents sorted out the details, and we signed all the papers. Since we don’t live close to the Audi Rockville center, we ask for them to deliver it when it’s ready. Tim says that it was not possible (sounded like a record machine at this point), that someone had to pick up the car when it was ready, and they would give us a call when it was. My dad was furious at this point, the service was remarkably poor, and the fact that they could not do things as simple as a test drive was absurd. I was especially frustrated with the way this salesperson made the whole process more difficult than what it should’ve been. We went home after a very dissatisfying purchase experience and waited for the call to pick up the car. Worth mentioning: this call never happened, these people never reached to us to let us know that the car was ready, and since they did not deliver, we had to go there and ask if it was, which we did after a week of not having news from the dealer.
When we got there, they took a good hour to find out if the car was ready, it was. This time a different person took care of us, my dad asked for Jim, but it seemed like he was busy with something else, something more important than his customers apparently. When the new guy brought the car, we were shocked, it was dirty, obviously had been left outside for days. According to the guy, the car was ready 3 days after we bought it, just that no one even bothered in letting us know. As if all this situation was not bad enough, we had seen the car before, and it was in perfect condition, but now, the car was dirty, covered in dust, and you could even see the trails the raindrops left in the dirt. The cherry on top I would say was the brand-new scratches that my new car had gotten while being ”serviced” by these people. Definitely not a place worthy of the name.
