Led me to believe that they would transfer my insurance from one car to another with no problems. Lady even said there would be noi problems and no additional fees/payment needed. I get down there tell them I have to switch vehicle insurance as primary vehicle was not drivable. They turn around and want an additional monthly payment plus $10.00 precess fee even after I told them I want the insurance off the primary vehicle, which I just paid the premium 4 days ago. They didn’t even offer credit or refund for other cars remander balance. .
