Absolutely horrible. I purchased three four nice dresses and one shirt. I was very excited. But got too upset when saw what they sent me. I have never seen clothes with such a terrible quality. It looked nothing like in the picture shown on the website. Maybe that”s why the prices are so low. Most of them were smaller than my original size. Summing it up, romwe is cheap, but the quality is awful. I”d better pay more.

After reading majority of the positive reviews about this site, I decided to give romwe a chance. Mainly because of the prices. I decided to order only one item for the start. Soon I got a letter saying that my order is ready to ship. Two weeks passed and I finally receiver a new e-mail saying the same thing. I had no idea were my item was. I tried to contact customer service, but there was no response. Another two weeks passed. I decided to make one more call. I was told that in few days I’ll get my item, and they will give me few discount coupons. But, really, I didn’t care about coupons or any apologies. The only thing I wanted was my item. I waited and waited and after 7 weeks of waiting I finally got my item. And I wasn’t happy about it. My jacket looked completely different from the picture and it was the wrong size too. The fabric was very cheap and poorly made. All my friend say that I should return the items. I would like to do that, but the jacket wasn’t too expensive, so I don’t want to waste my time. But I’m very disappointed with my purchase.

Hello, On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, I emailed Romwe – an online clothing retailer based in China – and requested that the points allotted from 3 previous orders be issued on my points page. (Ive made 4 very large orders altogether this year.) Romwe states on their website that they give a percentage of points towards the next orders – 75% I”ve already received the points from my first order which went towards the payment of my second order. However, the 3 consultants I”ve emailed asking about my missing points don”t seem to understand how their own system works and keep writing with more questions. Everyone seems puzzled by my request to be issued the points from my last 3 orders. One even replied with questions about the order numbers, etc, and asking which order was which, when I”d typed the order numbers and the sequence number of these orders beside each order – and linked to them – in capital letters. I keep wondering if these are just delaying tactics are you”re only allowed a certain amount of time to redeem your points. They do give points for several other things, as well, such as writing reviews, as the first two consultants pointed out – adding that they”re not aware of receiving points from the orders, themselves. Earlier this year I”d written to Romwe asking when my order points would come through, and I was told they wouldn”t be given out until my orders had been delivered. They”ve all been delivered months ago now, and yet these points still haven”t been put into my points page which shows a total of 0 points – as you can see from the link I wrote you, above. As it takes 24 hours for a consultant from Romwe to reply to an email, I can see this process taking a very long time when they only reply asking more questions. I asked to be put in touch with a manager or team leader and then got a response from someone called Bright. But he or she seemed just as clueless as the other two consultants making me wonder if Bright really was a manager or team leader. I don”t know what else to do at this stage. This makes me feel reluctant to do business with Chinese business people. Hi I have placed some orders in November and my items have not arrived. I have contacted Romwe being told that the items will arrive soon but after waiting for over a month, I have contacted again today and they said my items was returned, without any notice or confirmation. I am very unhappy with the service as the items was for the festive season for a gift, I was hoping to receive it anytime during Christmas period but your team has failed to deliver on time. This is absurd as the expected delivery was 1 week. As a consequence, I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with your service. I would never recommend Romwe to friends and family, I had an appaulling experience. I demand a compensation as a result of poor customer service. I would appreciate if I get any positive outcome.

I have nothing against paying for delivery if an order arrives on time. But usually dealing with this site brings different emotions. Negative ones. Regarding delivery. Never on time. I ordered 5-6 times and there’s always the same story. Nothing has changed, they don’t fix this issue, even though many people complain about it. Sometimes they sent a partial order which is extremely inconvenient. I’m ready to wait unless you collect my items together and send them to me as one package. I don’t need them separately. Bad practice. Conclusion – if you want bad online service you should buy items from them then. Just don’t complain. I warned you.

I heard a lot about Romwe and expected high quality service from such a well known company, but received nothing but trouble. I ordered a swimwear from them and it did not fit. It was very tiny and tight and definitely not my size. Romwe agreed to refund me and asked me to send the item back. I paid for the return shipping and gave them a tracking number and tracking actually said that Romwe received the package, but they said that they never received anything. Up until this day they claim that package never arrived. Even the shipping company confirmed that delivery was successful! They should be ashamed of themselves! I ordered a few things and I must say I will not wear any of them. Items look cheap, the material is horrible and very itchy. Quality is completely disgusting! Romwe customer service is ignoring all my messages, so I can’t return the items and can’t even get a refund. I am going to throw all of it away because it isn’t wearable. I ordered a small backpack and I was sent this but with out the straps. I ordered this on 5-3-18 and received it today (5-18-18). It had everything else that I ordered but the package contained no straps to the bag in which it was supposed to have. This bag that I am speaking of is called a “Metal detail front zipper PU backpack” on your website. I ordered from Romwe in late January around the 27th. My order and everything went through. I checked up on my order the next day and it said it could not track it. I ordered several items from Romwe, but received only two. Products were fine and looked nice, but sleeves were too short. The pictures on their website showed long sleeves, but items I received had very short sleeves. I am still waiting for the other half of my order, because I want to return everything. I ordered this product by itself and after days of constantly checking if it had been delievered yet or not. I figured it would take longer than usual considering the holidays. So after work yesterday i come home and check again. I recently ordered 3 times for yourselves for the first time. For me it was a very risky thing to do but I did like your products therefore I wanted to buy a few things. I ordered 2 tops and a bikini, however with my order I did not receive the bottoms to my bikini which I ordered a medium and I did not receive an invoice explaining what I bought and how much for etc. I am very disappointed because I am going on holiday in two weeks time, hence why I ordered quite early.
