I ordered 2 black recliner chairs from Rooms and they delivered the wrong colour (beige). Their delivery times are 12pm-8pm and only to the front door. My order arrived around 9:30 pm without and explanation. I called the next day and they put me on hold several times and did not resolve the mistake they made. I went back to their store and they promised to fix their mistake by the following week. That did not occur, after about 10-12 calls without any resolution somebody from the complaint department called and asked me to return the heavy recliners for exchange to the store. I responded that it was not possible and she told me that my furniture will be delivered within a 1!/2 weeks. That did not happen either. After several calls and putting me on hold without fixing their mistake I went back to their store. Again they apologized and promised to deliver my recliners the following week. That did not happen either. It has been two months of frustration and disappointment. I called one more time to ask for a refund and they said they will call back. I am still waiting…I will never use their business again. I understand mistakes happen but their customer service is very poor.
