Purchased Rosetta Stone Spanish Course 12-22-14; tried for 2 weeks to use the course to no avail; Customer Care Dept never answers the phone;I called many times; placed on electronic hold for-ever!!! Help desk answered the phone one time out of 6; rep did not speak fluent english and was of no help; spent two hours on the phone in frustration; I called the sales department for help and Margaret told me she could not help me and hung up on me. CD’s, I was told, could be used in car or off line on PC; CD’s don’t work at all; Difficult to create password and user name for on line learning; Could not move from lesson 1 to lesson 2; Web site learning had me listed as speaking german and living in Afghanistan; Almost impossible to correct to English in Texas. I have sent the Spanish course back to Rosetta Stone requesting a refund; based upon their extreme lack of customer service, I fully expect the refund to be a battle as well. .
