Kept my trailer for 2 weeks but didn’t repair it

I don’t believe in broken promises and that’s what I received from Roseville Auto And Marine when I had my trailer there for what was supposed to be a quick repair at the workshop. I would recommend you to stay away from this place.
There’re no quick repairs at the company and I didn’t feel satisfied to have left my trailer there for two weeks and no communications to update me on the process and to inform me on the progress of the repairs of the trailer.
I had no emails, no telephone calls from Roseville Auto And Marine, to assist me and guide me about the trailer repairs and this frustrated me. Customer’s service is no priority at Roseville Auto And Marine and they don’t give you what you see and read in advertisements.
My experience didn’t show me professionalism, a trained or skilled working team, and it is disappointing to have left the trailer at Roseville Auto And Marine, for two weeks when nothing got repaired on the trailer.
The trailer needed welding, I contacted the Roseville Auto And Marine for assistance and they had told me that they were willing to do the job. Two weeks later my trailer was still in the workshop and no one bothered to call to notify me of the progress of the welding or of anything required of me to speed up the job.
I had enough of waiting on my trailer repairs and couldn’t go on like this, not knowing what to do next.
There’s no honesty, and trust for me here, I couldn’t stay with Roseville Auto And Marine, to have more of the terrible services and fetched the trailer without having the repairs welded.
My experience taught me a lesson to not believe in big colorful advertisements. I had to know for myself and won’t go there for another fix on my trailer. I felt dissatisfied with the terrible customer’s service and of the unprofessional working team available to customers at Roseville Auto And Marine. I don’t recommend the company for all the negative experiences I have had there.
It’s disappointing to have had an appointment for the repair of my trailer and they didn’t repair it on time. I had no idea of what to expect before the appointment and delayed the repair of my trailer since I discovered the truth of how this company works towards customers, I decided to search for a professional company.
This has caused me stressful days and frustration for terrible communication skills and poor workmanship skills. I don’t see any good come from this team working at Roseville Auto And Marine. It was an inconvenience to me that I trusted the company due to the promises made to me.
I don’t believe in broken promises and unprofessional teamwork, and that’s the company’s fault. Rude and disrespectful staff toward customers and don’t care for the care of customers
