FRAUD!!!Don”t do business with this company. They could not deliver a service they promised so I asked for my money back. They have not refund back my money yet and it”s been 3 wks. James Whitehead is a thief. He blocked me from his phone and IG. Be careful with this company, if they reach out to you, tell them you”re not interested in their services. 4 wks ago James reached out on Instagram, telling me about his company”s services. Originally he seemed nice and I was interested in product labels for my jars. Which he said his company can provide at an affordable price. I was already looking for a local company that can provide good quality labels without the hefty shipping fee that I was paying for mine coming from California. Since James company (Royall Marketing) was “supposably in Philly” it made cense to give it a try since my shipping fee would cost much less. Plus when I looked at James Instagram profile I saw him as a young black business owner, that I wanted to support and due business with. James reaches out to me a week before my event (days before he was suppose to deliver the labels) to warn be about, his team will not be able to do the labels at the price he previous quoted due to the amount of labels I need, and that he would have to charge me extra. I told him to forget about it to just refund me back. After 2 days of back and forth with him he said he will refund me back. A few days went by and I have yet to hear from.I told a friend about the situation and she said, he sounds like a scam artist. All of a sudden a ????.We looked him up and there it was several complaints of this man and his company???????? It grieves me to have to write negative comments about a person but I”m upset for being taken advantage of when I was trying to support another entrepreneur. That”s what happens when you let your guards down. Lesson learned!??I should”ve done my job in taking my time and look into this company background and reviews. Rest assured Gods going to have his way with James Whitehead (if that”s his real name) and everyone in his company that”s behind this scam.

I made contact with Royall Marketing from his ads online. Spoke to James Whitehead. This guy is a scammer! He took my money and did NOT do the job! He said he was going to provide gps proof and never provided it after he claimed the job was done. If you do research online on Royall Marketing you find many many many people just like me that got scammed. They do not do the job and will rip you off. He is doing this all over the country. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. Alert!
