I have been a Rushcard customer for 3 years my card expires on September 30th they was supposed to send me a replacement card I gave them my correct address 5 times and no one sent anything I called yesterday to see where my card is because I get ssd benefits nobody they claimed I never gave it to them and had to pay 30 dollars for a card just to get my money on time I’m on a fixed income with a child and its not fair that I have to pay for their mistake the money was supposed to be deducted when my deposit hit but itwas already taken leaving me with a negative 28 dollar balance that’s not right and I want my money back. .
