I had to fill out an application form online for my new passport, and provide its copies their officer for working on it. My passport had defective pages and letters in it weren’t clearly seen. I didn’t know that I had to mention it, even though I didn’t find any question about it in the filling form. And all of the time I worked on the filling out was spent for nothing because of this small detail. But I decided to take a risk and took wrong from with me. Oh why did I do this.. 🙁 They said I have to pay sixty dollars just for my documents checking. It’s so unfair. It should be for free. They accepted my documents (no wonder. who wouldn’t accept after taking 60 dollars) and said it would be prepared within a week. Feeling bad because of dealing with them. Absolutely disappointing.
