On this day, I walked in and the sales clerks greeted me and also started giggling, for what reason I do not know. I knew what wanted so I went straight to the shelf to browse a couple of items, meanwhile I’m being watched. So once I gathered my items I decided to go down another aisle to browse just to see what will happen. Well she stood watching me again acting like she’s not. I felt very uncomfortable so I just paid for my things and left. 1st time happening and I want to address this. Just because my hair wasn’t done and I was not dolled up like normal, don’t symbolize me as a thief. You know nothing about me. Treat me with the best customer service you have. 0n January 27, 2013 at 12:44 my mother andI had gone inside the store to see about some items. We had asked for help, they said had to get phone call first, turned around asked the other employee about hairsprays, she in return said she didnt have a clue. We were in there approximately 30 min trying to find what we were looking for without no help. The employees there were very rude, customer service wasn bad. After all of that we were gonna purchase approx. 45 dollars worth of stuff, handed the cashier a 100 dollar bill, she in returned said I cant cash that rudely. I do not feel that i was treated right in the first place, anfd on the other hand your employees for that store is not doing a great of customer service. I will not go back to that store. First at one time she would not answer me. Than she was just so rude and nasty towards me. I rather not take my business as a stylist there anymore. April 13, 2007 at 5:45 pm – as I was waiting in front of the sally beauty supply at lee and oakton st.in des plaines, illinois I was appalled to see the very pregnant, very young sally clerk leaning against the building chain smoking 2 cigarettes. I know she worked there because she proceeded to go back in the store and sit on the window sill behind the cash register. From my experience shopping at sally”s, this seems to always be the caliber of clerks they employ. After this I will not be giving sallys my business.

Bought a christmas gift for husband. He received the same gift from another relative. Unable to find receipt. Just wanted to exchange or store credit. The store manager was very rude and pointed to a sign hidden in a corner about no exchanes or refunds for electrical purchases. I explained the sealed package had not been tampered with or opened. She said that sometimes corporate will allow exchanges and refunds after the holidays but this christmas 2010 they haven”t released the ok to do so. Sally”s is not customer service friendly. If you shop there know when you walk out the door that”s it!!! I work hard for my money. If i”m buying a gift and that person wants to exchange they should be able to. I”ll never shop there again!!!

Employee”s have no idea what they are doing. They do not know anything about the products or how to correctly use it. Hilo is a small town and I have heard from many people about the employees who have no knowledge. The boss is very rude. She is mean and does not know how to run a store. I feel bad for the other employees because they seem so nice while this boss is such a bully. First of all, she talks on the phone while at work. She talks on the phone and talks about how the gay people need to stick together but there she is not being any help to me as I am a gay person myself. Such a hypocrite if I must say so myself. Every time I go to this store the manager is sitting in a chair behind the register playing a game on her phone. She is extremely rude when asking for assistance and does not know anything about hair. Her drunk boyfriend often hangs out in the store in the afternoons and makes me feel very uncomfortable. The best thing they could have ever done is hire the new girl Paula. Since she has been there she has cleaned up that store so much and is always very helpful. Products are now on shelves and the store doesn”t look gritty and unorganized. She actually knows what she is talking about when it comes to hair also. Honestly the manager needs to be fired and they need more people like her in this store. Hello. On this past Memorial Day 2017, right before 3:00 pm, I entered the Sally”s Beauty on William Cannon and 35 in Austin Texas to purchase 2 containers of Manic Panic hair color I was very excited to purchase this product as I have used it many times. I walked to the isle I expected to find the product as that is where it usually is in the stores . I noticed two females at the front counter as I walked in that didn”t say” Hello” or “welcome to Sally”s” or anything . In fact, they were talking about personal things and didn”t seem as if they wanted to be at work.Since the display was completely empty, I asked if they discontinued the product. One female said in a very snobby way, “Um, no its right here.” and pointed to a low shelf behind her. The color display that was empty had the hair color samples so I went off that and told her the colors I wanted. As I looked at the display she pointed to, the color I asked for had a color in the incorrect spot so as I asked to look at it, I pointed out that the color was in the wrong labeled spot. I then said, “This is not the right color. ( I am still on color one) She didnt apologize or offer to grab the correct color. She actually shrugged her shoulders and then put the red color back in the Hot Hot Pink spot that I wanted So since that color looked like there was nothing else on the shelf besides the wrong color, I asked if they were out of it. She then said, “Oh, I don”t know”..and looked at the other female and giggled. I felt like I was not being respected as a customer or that I was getting any help. Then I asked if she thought maybe there was some in the back and she replied, ” Oh I don”t know, I”m not sure.” So when i then asked if they would mind looking she literally said, “I don”t feel like it.” I was so shocked. So i said, “Okay well then let me please look at another color.”I wanted the Hot Hot Pink and a Deep Purple or a blue. She made me feel like I was just in the way and sighed and made it extremely obvious that I was bothering them doing their job. Once I finally had another color handed to me they started talking their drama stuff again, and I looked at them both, set the color I was looking at along with some clips down, and said, “You know what, I will go somewhere else where I can get better service.” She snickered and said, “Cool.” I was very upset as I am a business owner, as well as a mother of 3, and know that the customer service I received was not right. I do not believe that I was treated fair and to be honest, it made me not want to step foot in a Sally”s again. I would like to know that this complaint will not go unnoticed. I agree this place is a joke. They swiped my debit card twice and took the amount out twice and tried to tell me my card was denied the first time. They are always rude. The manager is never there if they have problems they have to call her on the phone. I tried to return some hair spray that did not spray out right and was told they thought it sprayed just fine. Everything I have ever tried to return the manager gives me a hard time if she lets me return it at all. I rarely ever see anyone in this store. I have complained about ths store before . I promise after today”s experence will never go back. Maybe this store will close and they can blame themselves. Here the customer s never right I am an upstanding lady in this town, and was taught that the customer is always right. They don”t treat customers with any respect. Upon entering I was greeted in a not so inviting way by A lady whom claimed to be the store manager badge name Lakeitha or something like that. Was basically judging me about the products I was looking to purchase. I told her I do hair, and to sum it up she basically was like she don”t like [censored] to do her hair. She also stated that she”s be scared to catch aids. Of course I did not purchase what I came in there for because of her rudeness! I always go to the same Sally Beauty Supply on Mill Plain in Vancouver, WA. I have always received the best customer service, always friendly, and helpful in a nonjudgmental way. Until today! I walk into the store get “greeted” by a girl slumped over the counter and the girl was sitting in a chair leaning back behind the cash register. Typically when I shop there, the employees go around asking all the customers if they need help finding anything. Not them! They were deep in some dramatic conversation. As I come up to the counter, the girl laying her top half over the counter, points to the other girl and says “she”ll help you.” Then the girl sitting in the chair gives a half eye roll and gets up. She says literally nothing to me, rings up my hair dye, and says “that”ll be $8.75.” So I say, “Um, im a rewards member…” and she goes “oh what”s the number” in an uncaring, monotone way. So I gave her my number and it saved me about $1.50! Which I wouldn”t have saved if I hadn”t said anything. She then put my product in a bag, slapped the receipt on top, then held it out for me to take. I then took the bag, put the receipt inside, and says “have a nice day!” In my sarcastic tone. Then the girl slumped over then counter says “oh you have a good day too.” In an also uncaring way. Worst customer service ever! I would have asked for their manager, but heaven forbid if one of them were the manager!

I am a DOG groomer for shelters. I have a fantastic set of Wahl Clippers. I sent my husband into this store to buy replacement blades. He called me as soon as he got there I let them know I need blades for this specific model. YOU would thinkg Sales associates working these stores would know how to sale you the right item considering the only way of getting the blades is from the sales associate at the counter. Since they refuse to give customer satisfaction on items that sales reps should have knowledge of the consumer pays the price. When my husband returned with the bag yes I had bag balm on my hands yes it got on the OUTSIDE of the package and well anyone that has delt with DOGs knows DOG hair gets on everything. so ok yes I admit The ink on the back of the package was smeared and ok so maybe a DOG hair or 2 was on my hand but the package wasn’t opened even after me calling them after pulling the package out of the bag and telling the associate that this is the incorrect one she sold us I was told well they are the same size and they changed them a bit. Well I could tell by looking thru the clear package without opening it that I have 3 screw holes that need to bolt the blade on not 2. So since I had to wait 2 days for a manager to call who insisted she would lose her JOB if anyone found out but since the package wasn’t opened she would do exchange for the right ones. So sent my husband in to exchange them and due to me wiping the oil off the outside of package causing the smear on the upc code she refused to exchange. So I called the corporate office who then called the store to have the store manager LIE to them saying I was trying to get CASH back on blades that had been used and was covered in hair. I questioned them how that could be when the package was never opened there was no way hair got inside and it was impossible for me to even use them since I don’t have a set of clippers that even takes that blade. I was then told by the corporate office that one can use blades without a set of clippers. I said yes of course I should of tried that maybe i can comb the blades thru the DOGs hair and cause them to vibrate opposed to each other to get the JOB done thanks for your help. Since this incident and talking to a hairdresser that has her own shop in the zone to find out she won’t even give this store any business since they refuse to ever exchange items that don’t even work even items bought 2 hours prior to returning to the store. Maybe the store remembers the blowdryer that cost well over $100.00 that shorted out and nearly burnt her hand. Sally stores sell supplies and I know they can’t control if they get a faulty item but they should return it and send it back to this company itself but seems it doesn’t matter if it’s an item that has malfunctioned or a sales rep that is incompetent but my take on it is I know the economy is in a crisis even chain stores have had their share of problems but you shouldn’t rip off your customers especially when you need customers that are satisfied to keep your business going. Overall I believe the sales rep sold the incorrect item on purpose this set of blades cost more then the set I needed and they need sales and afterall the sale is final even on unopened packages doesn’t matter if they have hired incompetent workers that have NO knowledge of blades you would reckon the workers would at least know how to read the paper to match the blades for your model. I am a loyal Sallys customer for at least 15 yrs. I have shopped all over WA State At a variety of Sallys. I have noticed there product is getting made with less quality lately I don”t know if they are trying to save money and not putting ingredients in or there lab people are just getting lazy and not learning and Keeping up with the times. My mom is a professional And has been for 20 years, it took me a while to convince her and other pros to shop at Sallys You have come so far to get a bad name now. Maybe less brand names; Beyond the Zone, ion, tresemme. Concentrate on quality not quantity. I wanted to add one more thing hopefully Sallys lab is not making that generic (blk&wht) because it does nothing but put build up On your hair all the same feel to your hair no matter which generic product and they Make styling tools now that don”t work either

I am actually reporting this on behalf of my sister. She is an emplyee at Sally”s, and has been working there since December 2009. When she was hired, the preveious manager was aware that she was epileptic. Well this new manager is very rude. She says rude remarks about my sisters sexual orintation, her epilepcy, and has cut her hours to only 9 hours a week. Other employees have gone to the manager and said my sister can have some of theirs, but the manager. Just says no!!! The manager. Wispers behind my sisters back, knowing my sister can hear her, and cuts her down like a child in from of customers and staff. She is treated like a child. She also makes gay remarks when she thinks my sister can”t hear her. I also want to complain about the DM, because she isn”t doing anything about it. My sister is affraid of loosing her job, but this has to stop. My sister is not being treated fairly. We are going to file a complaint with the labor board on both the manager and Dm soon. I am highly disappointed because multiple stores I have gone to, I was given specific instructions for my hair and I follow those instructions but the only thing is they are the wrong instructions because you guys hire people who are not licensed. I can”t even begin to count how much money I have wasted in your stores. I”m not going to ask for a discount or money back but I would at least like a reply and maybe a change of staff so that people in the future I don”t completely ruin their hair like I did. Not everybody has money to go get their hair done and it”s a shame that people in your stores are giving those people wrong instructions and advertising products to use in their hair when really it should be another product. I went and professionally got my hair fixed today and the colorist”s jaw dropped when I told them what your employees told my friends and I to do. Yes, my friends too. I asked the clerk for a mirror to see if the hairpiece matched my hair. She handed me a mirror not much bigger than a postage stamp. I could not really see it so I asked her if it matched, she said it did. I took it home and held it in front of my hair at the mirror, not even close!!! I bought it at closing time on a saturday, I attempted to return in when they opened the next day and they told me they do not allow refunds on hairpieces because they couldn”t tell if I had worn it or not. Give me a break it had this really big tag attached. I will never buy anything from sally beauty supply again!!! I bought a foot file from the store and wanted to exchange it because it fell apart after the first use. I brought it in and told them I didn”t have a receipt but I had just bought it the day before and wanted to exchange. I was told they couldn”t do that without a receipt I said I read online there”s a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee to exchange and the manager told me next time I needed to keep the receipt. I don”t appreciate being talked to like I am a child and I don”t appreciate her trying to tell me I cannot exchange an item without the receipt when clearly I can. When the lady behind the register went to get the manager she came out from the back popping bubble wrap and asked us what we needed from the back of the store and when we told her we wanted to exchange something she asked “huh?” While still in the back popping bubble wrap walking up to us. She”s super unprofessional and the whole experience makes me not wanna shop there anymore. I was respectful to her and I deserved to be treated better than that.

I bought hand moisturizer and hair color today. The sales clerk did not put the hair color in the bag. I was planning to do my hair tonight. They admitted that the clerk had not put the color in the bag (the clerk left a note), but refused to mail it or fedex it to me. I paid cash because the power was out at the time, so a credit card refund is not possible. My complaint is about the rudeness and apathy of the manager and RM. I can provide imagines of the incomplete nail polish visuals. The associate instead of giving me an alternative option to test out polish she said for me to buy them try them on and return them after because Sally”s isn”t providing them with any plastic nails visuals anymore. I was open to returning to the store once displays were complete so I asked her when will your displays be complete so I can come back And that was her response, for me to purchase them use them and return them because Sally”s isn”t providing Visuals anymore. So your telling me that I don”t have an alternative in the store but I can use a polish and return it, which will lead to you having to damage them out and lose money. So they”re Influencing customers to buy product use it and return it rather than providing customer service and taking a blank plastic nail out from the back and allowing customers see what the polish will look like. If the associate would of explained to me that visuals will be complete by the end of week or even month I would of returned so I can have a better visual of he polish. But she instead encouraged me to buy items and return them, which will lead to a loss. As a retail district manager, I will recommend for the associates in this location to be trained to save the company money and learn how to come up with a solution for the customer rather than blaming the company saying “Sally”s isn”t providing us with those anymore”. It takes nothing for them to get a plastic clear nail and engage with the customer and show them how the polish may look instead of sitting behind a register at 3pm talking across the store to say not to try the polish on just buy it and return it. I know the policy is not to open and try on in the store but There were clear nails put out that she should have used to show me what they may look like. Customer service is more than what I just experienced.

I Chelsee Snyder requested help for work tools down at my local Office Of Vocational Rehabilitation and was approved and the Sally’s store that they went through is North Hermitage Rd, Hermitage Pa I chelsee have recieved my approval and balance amount paper the store is stating they have not recieved it their is no personal manager email for the financial director to send it. I don’t really have a complaint against Sally Beauty Supply. I love shopping there. My only problem is the wholesale discount card has cracked and broken. The sales associates at the store have difficulty reading the number on the back of the card so I can get the discount. However, they always seem to manage. It was at their suggestion I am requesting a NEW card. I will attempt to copy the number on the back of the card, just in case you need it. Please, could you send me a new card to my home address. If there is a problem, please call or email me. Thank you for your help. I have been a long time customer of Sallys Beauty Supply at their Bayonet Point, Fl store…but will no longer do business with that store and am informing everyone I know to avoid doing business with that store. The employee ethical practices in that store are deplorable. Never in all my years in this business have I heard an employee discuss other professionals personal business in such a disgusting manner nor have I ever heard an employee of a beauty supply business makes threats against businesses that have done business with Sallys the way it is happening in this store. As a professional, I expect professional behavior from those who represent our occupation…this is NOT being done in this particular store. Sallys has lost a very good customer and will continue to lose more with the employee behavior at such a deplorable low.

I have been a stylist for almost 30 years, had always been a customer of the chain store, but was told I needed an email, my liscence, my Sally card and possibly blood from your so called manager “Erin!” Not only did she have childish music blasting in the store, she also had no proffessional whatsoever! All I wanted to purchase was two headbands, and a military brush for my father and she acted like I was buying alcohol!!! I tried to stay calm, but she said that I must provide an email and I told her I never give out my email, but she said it was mandatory!!! I have purchased products throughout the years there and never had quite an ordeal!!! I will say most of the time the girls that work at the salon usually run my errands, but like I said it was a small gift for my father so I wanted to see it in person!!! I don”t think I want to return to your store or purchase anything again from Sally Beauty Supply and I will make sure I inform others because of this outlandish so called proffessional manager “ERIN!” I feel I had to express myself to you for this incident because this is not how a customer should be treated!!! Let alone a fellow stylist or proffessional!!!

I have been going to Sally”s for a few years. The staff is kind helpfully friendly and courteous! and clean. They have a lot of good well stocked merchandise. I visited Sally”s on Saturday March 18th at 12 noon a in the same location of Reisterstown Road Plaza . As I approached the store is noticed a sign on the door saying the worker or Manger would return in 15 minutes. I was already their 45 minutes. This is unacceptable behavior of the worker or mangement. I was very disappointed that I was unable to make my purchase. If this continues I will no longer going there.

I have loved working for Sally’s Beauty Supply up until my store shut down and I was transferred to a new store. The manager now is TERRIBLE! She is the most shady and scandalous person I have ever, ever met. The company standard for managers is that they have to work 45 hours a week. Mine leaves after working only 3 hours and comes back at closing to clock out! EVERYDAY! So to the company she is working 12 hour days, when in reality, she is only working 15-20 hours a week. Just recently, she advised us to scam the company and customers by “utilizing” 15% off coupons to sell customers on certain products to exceed our monthly company ratios. She’s giving away money just so she can meet monthly ratios and APPEAR to have an excellent team. I can’t deal with this is dishonesty I am at a loss for words…the previous employees who have called the employee concern line she FIRED as soon as she figured out who called. My plan is to call tomorrow and I can almost guarantee that I will be fired before this issue is resolved. It sucks working for a company that you LOVE, and the only option left is to complain, which in this case always backfires on the employee. I guess sometimes standing up for what is right is worth the risk. If I can’t help myself maybe it can help the future employees at my store. =/ Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have never bought hair extensions in my life and counted on you guys to give me the right info on how to have beautiful fake hair. I also thought sallys would hire employees that knew what to say and do but I was very wrong…I live in Indiana and went to the Nobelsville Indiana store with beautiful hair already ..I shouldve got the clip in hair extensions but was told I could actually glue the hair to my scalp at home with no hair loss and could easily be removed after a big party I was expected to be at but as soon as I tried to remove the hair it literally ripped my hair out and now I”m almost bald on the left side of my head and lost most of my hair yes I shouldve went to a salon but .the employee gave me false information and if I would have never went to your store id still have hair or at least the 100.00 dollars I spent on the Remy extensions I tried to re use just so I wasn”t bald that is completely damaged now from all the hair glue and u guys wouldn”t even give me in store credit to get new extensions so at least I had hair but now I lost my hair I CAN NEVER EVERRRR GET BACK IM EVEN MORE INSECURE AND CANT LEAVE MY OWN HOUSE AND IM A SINGLE MOTHER AND OUT 100.00 BUCKS !!! I”m filing a law suit with two witnesses if I have to and I really hate to do that i dn not like drama and I keep to myself but I do not deserve this please help me with new hair so I can actually go to a salon to get it fixed or i will have to take action

I have read several reviews about this company and I must confess I regret I haven’t read them prior. Because my situation is almost the same. One month ago I ordered 8 items $128 in total, received them 2 weeks after, but 2 of them were missing. Not a big deal you say, but I would like to get everything at once because I paid for it. I called them, they said the items were on back order and they don’t know when it was going to be shipped. I don’t understand how it happened, why they haven’t notified me and haven’t refunded. These questions will be left without answers

I have received such awful customer service at the Victoria, Tx store. The one in particular I”m speaking of is Catarina Rene Rodriguez. She is very VERY unprofessional. Very rude to customers, cussing in front of customers, bullying other co workers in front of customers, cussing out coworkers, no HELLO, CAN I HELP YOU, THANK YOU nothing. I love Sally Stores, but will not be returning because of this particular employee. Theres 2 other girls that are really nice and helpful, a Daquirius (i think) and a new girl. But I can”t know when they are working so I just won”t be back until this Catarina person is no longer employed there. She is an AWFUL representative of your company. My Last three times in sally’s the sales clerk Stormie has been setting behind register reading a book doesn’t even ask me if I need help, the one time she did help me she said she had to answer her phone and walked away. I have shopped at several Sally Beauty Supply Stores in several states and I feel that it must be company policy to profile and follow Black patrons. It never fails. Whenever I am entering the store and there are other patrons, I am seemingly the only one who is repeatedly and by several associates if I need help. If I am looking for products that are generally located towards the back wall of the store, that is not my fault. It is likewise not my fault if someone profiles me because of prejudice. I hate that they put the Black haircare products and even sale items in their sales pamphlet in the back of the store and back of the flyers, segregated. I am smart enough to be able to read through it to find which products interest me, whether they are lumped together or not. What enrages me the most is the following around in the store. If I cannot be trusted, according to someone else”s perceived notions about me simply based upon color and their own internal racism, then I would like the courtesy to be told this at the front door, “No, you cannot be trusted and we do not want to service you.” Following me around, asking me a barrage of questions, trying to steer me to products I do not want and standing there watching me from 2 feet away is outrageous behavior. But it seems to be sanctioned by Sally Beauty Supply. Funny, online shopping services the same purposes but guess what, I”m not profiled nor followed around on my computer.

I live in Copperas Cove, Texas. The store here is #3371. The service has always been hit or miss, but lately there are some real issues that bother me enough I will not return. The store manager is rude. Furthermore, when she is working, the store plays religious music, which is not appropriate for a place of business. This is a personal choice, and some of us choose not to listen to this genre of music. I normally go on Saturday mornings, and this has been going on about three months. Yesterday, a customer was in the business carrying her Poodle along, and this was not a service dog. She put the dog down and it started running up and down the isles. There is a law animals are not allowed unless they wear the vest, or have a tag that states they are a service dog. Maybe I should call the health department.

I made a hair dye purchase on my debit card. I swiped my card, entered my pin and the card machine said approved. The girl behind the counter claimed the system had a glitch and it didn”t process. She told me to get my product I would have to swipe my card again. She said if it duplicated the charge I could come back and they would refund my money. I went ahead and swiped again, entered my pin again, received my product and went out to my car. I checked my mobile banking app, and sure enough, I was charged twice for my purchase. I immediately went back into the store and showed them the duplicate charges, expecting a refund on the spot. I was told “to bad, there was nothing they could do for me, I would have to file a complaint with my bank”, which I did. Your people are inadequately trained and extremely rude. I purchased a Chi Lava flat iron and Chi Lava curler this past weekend online. The current promotion is buy a flat iron and receive a curling iron for free. I put both items in my bag and checked out. A confirmation email was sent to me on Saturday for my order. I was very excited and have been checking my order status for the last few days awaiting a shipping date. Today I open my email to see that customer service has cancelled my order with no explanation as to why. I called customer service to ask what had happened and they let me know that they had run out of the flat iron and, therefore, could not ship my curler either because it was the free item. I asked the lady with customer service if they could please put me on a wait list so that I can get the items once they were restocked. She said no. What?! I do not understand that. Surely Sally’s would want me to spend my money with their company versus one of their competitors. Correct? I am very taken aback by the lack of communication and unprofessionalism from Sally Beauty customer service. Someone should have reach out to let me know why they decided to cancel my order. Secondly, if the item was sold out or unavailable, I should not have been able to purchase the items at all. I have loved Sally Beauty for many years and have never had a bad experience. This is very upsetting to me.

I purchased a flatiron3 weeks ago with the one year warranty. The iron overheated and smoking. I tried a different oulet to see if it would work, it didn”t. I took it back to the store in Hawthore for an exchange since I purchased the warranty. I was told by the rude employee and the assistant manager that they could not take it back beause of the poor condition of the plates and because I no longer had the box. Mind you, the back of the receipt clearly states the 60 day return policy with the receipt the plates had faded because of the overheating. They referred me to the manufacturer. What good is the warranty for? I contacted Conair and the item was replace right away because they stand by their product. Also, the rude employee insinuated that I was lying. Sally”s corp office should really train their employees better. They act like the really don”t care about their customers.

I purchased a replacement blade for my hair clippers, and two days later, attempted to return it (unopened with original reciept). The younger employee was about to return my money when a “manager” appeared saying, “Oh no, sales are final on those.” I explained they were unopened and my desire to return them, and she went on to tell me stories of how others had returned used items, essentially accusing me of using the blades! She called some corporate office, and said she could not take them back. Only after I expressed interest in buying a new set of clippers, she changed her mind and gave me credit for the blades (although a few minutes ago she pretty much said I may have used them!) I felt like I was forced into buying the clippers from them just to get my money credited back. Never again. They have forever lost another customer.

The manager was really rude and kept making comments that what a coinsidence that there was only one at that price, indicating that maybe I had changed the price on the item. I purchased the above four products from Sally beauty supply with the help of a sells associate. The sells associate guaranteed the product would work ok with my curly hair. My hair became a solid ball, tangled, in the middle of the washing process. I dried my hair and tried every thing possible to undo the solid like formation with no luck. My hair got damaged literally. I went back to the store to ask if there was any help to restore my hair. They said there was nothing they could do, except to advise to visit some other beauty salon. I went to a number of beauty salons to see if any buddy can undo the ball like formation. Finally i went to the JC Penny”s beauty salon in Seattle Washington. They tried every thing before they decided to cut off the ball like solid formation caused by the use of the stated product from sally”s. After suffering the loss of my hair, i went to sally”s store to return the product damaged my hair. I was turned back with disrespect and humility as if i was trying to cheat. Please some one advise what my legal options are rearing this situation.

i received a $5 off coupon via the internet due to expire that day. went to store to renew membership and apply coupon to my purchase. the clerk told my yearly membership had been renewed which is why i got the coupon. they needed my card to process. went back home and returned to find out the membership was not renewed and they would not honor the coupon since part of the image on the coupon was not printed clearly. the coupon number and all the info was very clear. since i wasted 1 hour going back and forth, was willing to renew my membership (one of the reasons i went to store) they then said since the picture was not fully visible that they would not honor it. the manager wasted another 30 minutes of my time to get to that conclusion and insisted she was in the right. i have been a customer for years and they could of easily renewed my membership and sent me a future coupon. but instead kept insisting they could do nothing. very bad customer service! i will complain to the company directly.

I recently placed an order with the website. They claimed to have no record that I placed an order and assured me that it would be fine and I would not be charged (so I went and purchased the products elsewhere in the meantime.) Six days later I received an email confirmation for the order and got charged. I tried to dispute this and the customer service rep (after being on hold for 2.5 hours) YELLED at me. She did not offer ANY sort of apology. Really disgusting customer service and I won’t be shopping with this company again!

I took my daughter and her boyfriend to Sallys Beauty supply in Riverside for color and bleach for their hair and color for my hair. Boyfriend went to pay for his purchases and came back into the store while two associates followed him back to where I was. So much for being discreet! I asked the kids to put their purchases that I have yet to pay for on the counter and I was so heated that I didn’t get anything for myself. The reason they followed him back was because he looked like a thief! What exactly does that mean? he is a normal looking 18 year old kid. His hair is bleached with their product! His goal is to be a hair stylist…I spend a lot of time and money in that store because I know how to color my own hair and I have been doing it for 5 years now. Needless to say but that will be the last time I step foot in that store! Back to overpriced Salons for me!

I used to often order from them and had nothing to complain about. But the last two times were terrible and I must confess that I don’t want to deal with them anymore. I ordered 45 items and all of them arrived separately. The first arrived one month after I placed the order. So the others took 3 more weeks to be delivered. It’s awful. I didn’t expect they would have split my order that way. I think they should have warned me before doing so and I would have immediately canceled it. Why? Because I needed everything at once, it was a gift. The second time was terrible too. My item arrived broken. Have been trying to figure out what to do next. When I finish it, it will be my last day of dealing with them.
