I had a flat. Took to Sam’s where I had purchased them with road hazard warranty. When I bought them they told me if I ever had a problem, they would take care of it. Today I was told the tire warranty had run out. I asked why they were talking about tire warranty. She said the tire had a big gash in it and they couldn’t repair it. I doub’t that as it was fine wa flahen I parked in the garage and flat the next day. She also said the road hazard had expired. It is only good for 4 years. She showed me in the fine print of the paper work. Nobody had said it was dated. They had a big sign that was touting road hazard warranty and said nothing about being dated. I bought these tires in 2009. They have only less than 30,000 miles on them. When they sold them to me they said I should expect around 60000 miles. They also told me a rear tire had only 3/32 of tread on it and needed to be replaced. I regularly rotate the tires myself as they use air guns and put them on too tight. They should not lie when they sell you something then have you read the fine print when you have a problem. I also had a flat about a year ago on my wife’s 2008 Honda. They told me it had 2 small holes about and inch apart and wouldn’t fix it. That cost me 2 new tires. The first problem is on a 2003 Chevy Impala. I had to sign a waver to get them to put 2 new tires on the front and not on the rear as they demanded. It’s my d**n car.

I placed an order for a three hundred dollar smoker on line to sams club.com. I had to type in my name and address as well as where is was to be shipped. It took about two days for an email to get to me to state It will be delivered on Dec 5th 2014 by fed ex. On that afternoon I went and checked the tracking number and found it was delivered at 803 am by fed ex. I called fed ex and found they delivered it to a different address and I had to call sams club and let them know. After six phone calls The best I can get from them is We are sorry but will have to do a investigation before we can refund anything. I have a common name and there is no less then 50 living in Florida. However i know my address and I know what I typed in. This by the way is not the first time sams club screwed up.

Sam’s Club double charged me 200.00 x2 for a fire proof safe that I purchased. I thought the amount the cashier charged was incorrect, and when I looked at thr receipt that she gave me, i realized that she charged me double for the safe. I immediately told her of her error, and asked that she cancel all my purchases, and re=ring the correct amount. She indicated that this was NOT SAM’S POLICY, that I had to request a refund—-for something I didn’t purchase—-. I went to customer service and complained, and they again indicated that was SAMS POLICY. I asked for a cash refund since I used my debit card, and again was told NOT SAMS POLICY—I had to get a refund through my debit card. Today I looked at my bank account info, still no refund, for something I never purrchased. I called the store, was laughed at, not given a real name, and given the 800 Walmart number. I called and after 40 minutes with the call center idiot, got nowhere. Consequently, I am wondering how much money SAMs makes froem these double charges, and refunds. I suspect that they could make millions holding ont others money for days. I also wonder how many people do no check their receipts, and what kind of money they really make doing this. I googled my incident, and it appears that SAMS is infamous for this. Do you think its time for a class action???? Sincerely, Waiting for a refund.

01/17/2015- Purchased a 60 inch Samsung TV ($1, 198.00) from Sam”s Club and a 5 year extended warranty with Square Trade which was recommended from Sam”s Club. I called and filed a claim on 04/11/2018 concerning a purple spot on the screen. Claim #[protected], after four phone and e-mail contacts with Square trade and one phone call with Sam”s Club Rep. Ref. #180417. Square Trade will not honor the contract for on-site repair as stated on the Extended warranty booklet that I was provided when I purchased the TV. The Square trade Rep. Stated that under the fine print contract that I never received at time of purchase. That I am required to conduct further diagnostic tests and submit photos through e-mail which I am unable to do. Square trade refused my offer which I would pay for the first on-site visit to assure a correct evaluation of my defective television. Sam”s Club does not seem to be interested to help me repair or replace my TV and should not be recommending and selling extended warranty”s that will not be honored. I requested and still waiting for a copy of the fine print contract. Resolution requested-: PLEASE REPAIR MY TV OR REPLACE

10/16/17 Sams Club needs to pretend they are a regular Joe card holder and try to use the call in system to pay the credit card bill. I know Sams will say this is a provider issue but my Card clearly says SAMS CLUB. Once you use the Mastercard system I suggest you obtain a Discover Card and/or a Costco Visa Card and you will see the difference. Your Mastercard is by far the most difficult system to make a payment on. It also will not allow you to pay on any date before the bill is due so if you will be away, unless you remember to call with all the info that is needed when the bill is due while you are away, you must pay it weeks in advance if not longer. Their phone system is so inept and makes you go through so many hoops it is very frustrating and time consuming to use. Try it and you will see. Discover, Costco just asks for limited info to confirm who you are and what you want to do and you do not have to wait for the speeches to be complete to answer a question on what you want to do. I just paid my Discover card that is due on the same date of my Sams Card which is 11/3/17 and it will be applied on 11/1/17 and it took me less than 1/2 the time to even get to the point of a payment for the Sams card. Also since I will be out of the country I wanted to notify the card companies of the dates and locations so they do not turn them off for suspicious activity and with Discover I hit “0” for operator and I had to wait a few minutes but a live person helped me with both my card and my wife”s which is 2 separate accounts and would take my payment over the phone at no charge if I wanted them to but with an extra click of 1 button and putting in the date and clicking OK it was handled. Compared to Sams card I had to go through the whole payment attempt process and since it did not give me an option to date the payment I went to customer service which the automated system sent me to Underwriting and they gave me the same number for customer service that I had called in the first place to call, I told her that this was the number I called so she transferred me to a live person who because this account is in my wife”s name had to get on the phone even though she had many times before given them the info to give me full control of the account. Which she had to go through the entire process of answering questions which I had done when I first made the call. and surprise! wouldn”t you know it the information did not change. All this for 2 questions, 1. can I pick a date before the due date to make a payment. Answer NO it is on the day you call in. 2) I need to put a notice of going out of the country on there records. After giving more info they were able to do this. Thank GOD Last Question since I was on the phone for almost 1/2 hour to accomplish this I asked if she would take the payment over the phone and I was told yes at a cost of $10. Really, so when I am done with this I will call back and go through the same excrement again to get it paid. This contract Sams has with Mastercard needs to be reviewed. Every time I use this card I dread knowing the waste of my time and the headache I will have when it comes time to pay and I just feel that the last straw will be if I am out of the county and try to use the card and it either is cut off or rejected it will be the last time and I will march into Sams club and demand a refund on the business account. Note on your card it states that we have been a member since 2000 and since using this card and knowing the problems with it I have reduced my time in your store since Costco”s Visa works so much easier and they actually have at Visa good customer service. The nearest Sams Club to me is approx 12 miles. The nearest Costco is 38 miles yet I am now buying 4-5 times more with their card and why is because it is customer service and this is mainly with dealing with out side vendors. Resolution, fix the issue with your vendor or I will take my business elsewhere

2004 I took out a sams membership and it’s credit card. I used it for a major purchase and then paid it off. Never used it again. A year later, after relocating to another state, the sams membership auto renewed, and charged that renewal to my card ( unknown to me) …Some months later, I discovered that hey had reported me to the credit bureaus as delinquent and a charge off — I did get the charges removed, and discontinued membership, but 4 and 5 years later, it is still haunting my credit record. they are unscrupulous crooks and liars. I will never do business with GE Money Bank, or Sams clubs again as a result of this.

3/28/2017 – Ordered an Ice Maker, upon receipt we realized the hold capacity was too small for our needs. Called Sam”s Club as was told a return would not be a problem as was given an Return Authorization number [protected] and Ref. # [protected]. Spoke with Christie. I then ordered a larger Ice Maker from Sam”s Club, which was delivered quickly. Freight company refused to take smaller Ice Maker. 4/6/2017 spoke with Crystal, Sam”s Club rep. who stated she would schedule a pick up of Ice Maker ASAP. 4/13/2017 sent email to Sam”s Club with all this info. stating pick up and refund still not processed. NO RESPONSE. 4/20/2017 spoke with Sam”s Club rep. Kierra who put me on a 3 way call with vendor, who scheduled a same day pick up. Freight company came out but would not take Ice Maker because they didn”t have an address to take it to. 4/21/2017 spoke with Lisa at Sam”s Club she supposedly escalated this to a person named Robert who stated “I”m with the escalation department”. He stated a credit would be placed on our credit card within 3 business days and that they would deal with the vendor regarding pick up of Ice Machine. 5/4/2017 still no credit on our credit card account. Spoke with Mike Jones ID #3116 who stated Robert was not authorized to tell me a credit would be given without the pickup of Ice Machine. Mike stated he would escalate the problem to the correct person ASAP and that I should be receiving an email from that department. He gave me 2 ref. #”s [protected] and [protected]. I also submitted via email and received ref. #[protected]. 5/10/2017 no email from Sam”s Club, no communication, no credit. NO RESPONSE OR ACTION FROM SAM”S CLUB.

4 o”clock in the afternoon on Monday 15OCT2018, I ran into the Sam”s club in Pensacola, Florida to get a few items. First there were no strawberries but I can handle that so with my 3 items in hand I was checking out at the registers in the front out of all the registers there, only 1 was opened. I have video of this, then as we were checking out, my boyfriend put the money on the counter, the cashier caught an attitude because he did not put the money in her hand, she proceeded to disrespect him and slammed his money down on the counter. She was very disrespectful we were calling a manager over then the guy that was taking over her register proceeded to start yelling and screaming at my boyfriend to the point that he stepped out from behind the counter and took off his Sam”s club vest saying he didn”t care about his job. Both of these cashiers were African American and we are caucasian, also this was young people whereas my boyfriend is 63. I am saying that things were getting real nasty and about to go down at the Sam”s club.

5/22/2010 The Sams store in North Charleston, SC, seems to have a problem with staffing the check out lines. Today I waited 20 mins in line, Only half the check out lines were open. I had all the items on the cart set so the items could be scaned only for the lady to say we have to transfer them to another cart. For the few items this was another waste of time. I left the crt and went to Costco. I have raised these concers with the managment in the past and each time they just blow me off. I have been shopping there for over 10 years and these problems has only started since the present manager has taken over. In case someone has not told him there are plenty of people looking for work, Hire Them, We Are Tired Of Standing In Line. Every Saturday the store is very busy, it is just too bad the managment is to blind to see this and put more people on the lines so the customers frozen goods are not frozen anymore by the time you get to the exit. Also the people at the door are stopping to make small talk with everyone and there’s a line across the store waiting to get out. Someone at Sams get us better Managment.

8-2-16 shopped at Sams, left wallet at refreshment counter. Sat down within 10 ft of clerk/cashier, in plain sight for 10 to 15 minutes, sam employee took wallet and hid it until I walked away and then she removed it and it is all in security camera. Store does nothing for me. All afternoon from noon til 8:45 pm on 8-6-16 they mislead me, telling me they are taking care of it. In reality they walk her out of the store, then about 6:30 pm tell me I should have called police and filed charges. Took police 2 hrs to arrive. Seems perfectly clear that other customers seeing police escort an employee out in cuffs was not going to happen. Taking care of your image weren”t you. Thief is gone and any evidence is gone with her. She has all weekend to dispose of any evidence she had on her. Thanks jerks for caring for the customer. A few weeks back I went to the Sams Club in Goodlettsville Tn. I purchased a solar security light for use outside .Let me say I was very happy with the item so much so that I went back a few days later and purchased another one . When I bought the two lights I paid about 60 dollars plus tax per light . I had decided to just put the second light away and to use it if I felt I neede it . I decided about a month or so later that i would take it out and also use the second light. Well when I opened what I thought was an unopened box I found a light inside that had clearly been used it had finger smires all over the solar part and the light was broken screws taken off and laying inside the box with the bags that it was suppose to have been stuffed inside where someone had taped them to the box it had white paint on the wire where it looked as if someone had painted while they had it on what ever they had it on. Well needless to say I was very upset to think I trusted Sams to not resale something that someone or them selfs had used. At first I thought partly it was my fault because I should have checked it the day I bought it but then I told myself why should I have to worry about if the item I am buying is new When I purchase it SEALED IN A BOX CLEARLY FROM A STORE WHERE IT IS SUPPOSE TO BE NEW THEN I SHOULD BE ABLE TO EXPECT TO RECIEVE A NEW ITEM. I did not buy this from a second hand store . Well when I went back to the store the lady at the service desk said we dont sell this any more and all I can do is give you the last sale price which was 27.00 WELL SAMS WHEN I PAY 40 DOLLARS A YEAR FOR YOUR MEMBER SHIP THEN I TRUELY BELIEVE YOU LOOKED UP ON MY MEMBERSHIP AND SAW WHEN AND WHERE I BOUGHT THIS ITEM AND KNEW VERY WELL THAT I PAID 60.00 AND TAX FOR IT AND I AM ALMOST SURE YOU ALSO COULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO TELL IF SOMEONE HAD RETURNED THIS LIGHT BEFORE I BOUGHT IT SO MAYBE I NEED TO RETHINK IF I WONT YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD NEXT YEAR MAYBE I SHOULD TRY ANOTHER WAREHOUSE GIANT. According to my membership card I have been a member since 1992 but I have been shopping at your clubs for much longer than that. Tuesday, sep 5, I ordered a pc and additional service agreement from samsclub.com, order number [protected]. Wednesday, sep 6, an issue regarding my need for the pc changed my plans so I went online and cancelled the order, rather I thought I did. Soon after I received an email directing me to call and verify the cancellation and that if you had not heard from me the order would be cancelled sep 8. Then I received an email telling me my order had been cancelled, which later I found to be an untruth, making it appear there was no need to call. I checked on line yesterday morning, sep 7, to find the order still in processing status so I called and spoke with a representative who verified my information and at which time I verified the order should be cancelled. The rep told me they cancelled the order. I looked again yesterday evening to find it still in processing status. I again called, the rep verified my information and told me the order had not been cancelled and the ticked had been closed, so much for trusting your online service. Now the rep tells me it takes 24 to 48 business hours for the order to be cancelled which means I am 12 hours farther behind. She reopened the ticket and escalated it, reference # [protected]. I made it clear how displeased I was, livid actually, and asked that she open a complaint ticket, reference # [protected]. I commend the young woman I spoke with the second time as she was very helpful, she even found a manager that I could complain to. Now I see that the “square trade” agreement is in a shipped status, what a bunch of…! Point of all this is I want the ordered cancelled, I want my money released back to me, and I will never ever purchase anything from samsclub.com ever!!! Right now costco is looking really good. I know the loss of one customer is nothing for a behemoth like walmart/sam’s, likely this will go right into a circular file and if anyone at your dysfunctional organization reads it they will add it to the pile of look what this ignoramus thinks of us. After being stalked by 3 teenagers who kept lifting their shirts and simulating masturbation at Kaitlyn.. I will NEVER go into the FWB Sam”s Club again! After buying the 11X11 Pavillon from Sams. I assembled it and was happy. One month later it began to fall apart. Sams told me if I brought it in they would give me a refund. Problem is, an 11’x11′ wooden pavillon is not able to be moved once it is assembled. Sams sold an inferior product for nearly a thousand dollars and knowingly sold this item though complaints were pouring in over the failure of the item to live up to expectations. I strongly recommend to be very careful when buying from Sam’s Club. I learned the hard way that they will not work with you once you leave the store. Very unhappy with Sams and stuck with a broken pavillon on my patio.

Additionally, the unsanitary behavior of the clerk placing a frozen food item directly on the floor where employees and customers walk, was not mentioned in the response, suggesting that this practice is acceptable to management – this possibly leading to contamination. Potential customers should be aware of these issues. On Sunday, 5 December 2010, at the Mobile, Alabama Sam”s Club, likely a system failure occurred and I seek an explanation for the poor service experienced. I entered the facility and, following posted instructions/directions, placed in my hand a rectangular piece of white paper with black print indicating that I wanted to purchase one unit of the Chrome Steel Industrial Shelving, Model: 18496N, Item #: 773603, $89.78 (www.samsclub.com/sams/shop/product.jsp?productId=152201&pid=CSE_Froogle&ci_src=14110944&ci_sku=122112 – Chrome Steel Industrial Shelving – Sam”s Club). I proceeded through the facility and placed in my hand a container of animal crackers (www.samsclub.com/sams/shop/product.jsp?productId=165371&navAction=push – Stauffer”s? Original Animal Crackers – 78oz – Sam”s Club), a DiGiorno Frozen Pizza (www.samsclub.com/sams/shop/product.jsp?productId=163660&_DARGS=/sams/common/shopFilterFrag.jsp.1_A&_DAV=online&_dynSessConf=936225158294640450 – DiGiorno? One noted instance of poor behavior, in my opinion, was that the clerk sat my frozen pizza on the floor instead of temporarily placing it in the clerk”s basket – possibly an unsanitary practice that could lead to contamination. I was told that my shelving would be delivered to me at the facility exit. I proceeded to the facility exit and waited a very long time, but the shelving was not delivered. I explained to an employee who apparently worked at the returns counter that I was awaiting delivery of the shelving and that employee used the intercom/paging system attempting to assist me. Several more minutes passed, but the shelving was not delivered. The employee apparently working at the returns counter again called for help, but again after several minutes, the shelving was not delivered. My frustration was obvious when I approached the employee apparently working at the returns counter again, and that employee rushed to attempt to call for help again, but I told that employee that I simply wanted to return all of my items purchased and receive a refund. I received my refund and exited the facility. The failure of the system, employees not delivering the purchased shelving to the facility exit after several minutes, needs examining and an explanation is sought for such poor customer service. I followed the posted directions, taking the rectangular piece of paper with me to the check out register and paying for it, but the purchased item was not delivered to the facility exit in a timely manner. Perhaps poor employee training or poor employee communications within the facility are factors, this reflecting back on poor management. Such poor service is unacceptable. Later that evening, reluctantly, I returned to the facility and performed similar activities, and, I questioned the clerk at the cash register on how delivery of the item purchased using the rectangular piece of paper would be assured. That clerk called for apparently a floor manager and that floor manager proceeded to an apparent floor station and used the communications system. After a short while, the item purchased was delivered to the facility exit. An explanation of the failure is sought and improved employee training is suggested. Thank you.

After returning to my 2014 Honda CR-V on [protected], I found a shopping against my car, causing damage to my rear right bumper. “Monica” came out to my car with me @ took info, we both took pics with my ipod. “RJ” the manger called me 2 days later and said it was caught on surveillance that a customer hit my car and ran, and they were trying to identify the customer, and he said to get an estimate, which I did. He said something about the cost being at “club level” and i still have no idea what this meant. I returned on 3-7-16 with my estimate, and RJ took pics with his cell phone, and he said the “insurance company would be in contact”. Samantha from Claims Management played phone tag for weeks, because Samantha never answers her phone! I sent her several emails, including a message 3-23, and today [protected] days later) she finally responded to say that my car getting hit was not on camera, and they were ‘t responsible. Someone is lying and I don’t appreciate being lied to. Why did “coach RJ tell me it was caught on camera, and to get an estimate on the damage? This is the most dishonest business I’ve ever dealt with, and this will be my last membership to Sams club. They treat their customers poorly. Do your self a favor, and join Costco.

She made a comment that if she could get away with spitting in my pizza in 2008 that she would. I ordered pizza through management on the phone for 2 hours later so I would not be taking that risk of such nature. Management assured me Tyra was her name that Sierra would not be making my pizza. I arrived in the club 10 minutes early for my pizza thinking that it already may be done early. Next thing you know Sierra walked out of the cooler with my pizza (no cameras in there). I was hesitant on the order, as I walked to the car with the pizza it bothered me as I sat in my car, so I decided with having those thoughts of my niece (19 at the time) over hearing her say that about my pizza. I walked in to customer service and returned the pizza, they wanted an explanation so I gave it to them of exactly what had taken place. Greg the manager that was jumping up and down with the pizza saying, “ha ha look, Sierra did not spit in it, I am going to take this to the break room and eat it and so are the other employees”. I had a real puzzled look on my face, like why was he acting queer, and he was not there to see if in fact that he spit in it or not. My son that worked there at the time said that is how Greg is. The lady at the door that greets you and/or puts a line on your receipt, knows the honest to God truth of all what happened of all of this and what took place on that day in the past 2008 and on 4/24/09 and they tell her to not say anything at all about it, as she knows in her heart what they have done to me, (she seems to feel bad about this to me when I talk to her) is wrong and God will punish and or judge those who need to be on this incident. She can not say anything or she will lose her job. June 2008, I moved to AZ until March 2nd 2009… After being in there store, 6 or 7 times since March 2nd 2009, and Sierra in the food court always getting on the phone when my son or I would glance to see if she is looking at us, which I would tell my younger son, “do not look at her”. … Any way, they ended up calling the Hickory Police Dept. on me and not knowing that I attend church with the chief of Police Hank Guess. The police made me leave and Sam”s Club revoked my membership but I did not find out until 4/23/09. When I got home from their Club on 4/23/09 #6355 after being harassed by the lady at the returns counter and the manager as I walked out of the store in tears, explaining to a couple that asked exiting the store what that was all about… I called the Sam”s Club Corporate Office…This is what they in fact told me, ” They said that on March 25th 2009 it was entered into their computers by Sam”s Club 6355 store number which is located in Hickory, NC 28601 that I am not to be in any Sam”s Club or Wal-Mart ever again in my life because that on December 23rd 2008, I was in fact in their store club #6355, and got caught shop lifting in there. Wow, am I ever puzzled over all of this… If you remember above in this complaint, I lived in Arizona in December 2008.

Approximately 1. 5 years ago i purchased a pair of glasses / bifocals from sams club. In the 1. 5 years that i have owned the glasses the frames have now (Officially as of today 08 / 10 / 2011) broken 3 times at the hinge. This time i am not covered for the 1 year warrantee on them. Needless to say. . . I feel that this is a defective frame and below the quality that i expect to get from sams club. This is very frustrating. I have prescription bifocals and am required / restricted to wearing them while driving. I need and would appreciate your assistance in replacing them or fixing them again. As of March 12, 2010 Sam’s Club (walmart) will not respond to “Code Adam” at their store. Your children are not safe at Sam’s Club. After an incident at store number 4824 in which the police arrived an hour after being called the store responded they are only there to protect their merchandise and not the customers regardless of age. The employees will stand and watch the criminals run right past them at the door. They also will not provide details of the perpetrators to the police unless subpenad. I suggest everyone reading this go to Sam’s Club and yell “Code Adam” and see what happens. It’s not illegal to yell this as it’s not illegal for Sam’s Club to watch your kids be snatched apparently. Plus we now know the response time at Sam’s Club Santa Clarita for the Sheriff to be about 60 minutes. Please spread the word and don’t let Sam’s Club be a domicile for pedophiles and kidnappers.

at least (2) gas pumps at Sams club in Tampa Fla the auto shut off did not work, gas on ground & shoes. no apparent safety measures around pump to contain spill. No attendant in office at gas island, he was working in nearby car wash. I finally found him and notified him of the problem but he didn”t appear as though he was going to do anything in the near future. Tried to get on Sams Club web site to complete the survey the have on cash register recepit but that didn”t work.When my membership expires I think I will use the money to replace my “gasoline soaked shoes”.

Beware of Sam’s Club! I recently met a woman that works at Sam’s. We shared lunch, went to the flea market together–nothing serious at all, just strictly friends. She suggested I get a Sam’s membership–I’d save a lot of money on things. I did so. she works at the membership desk and as such, apparently has the ability to poke around member’s info without anyone caring. For I recieved an email from her telling me she no longer wished to hang with me… and then she preceded to tell me my life history, that I have tickets on my DL… and asked who the girl was on my club membership… when I complained to Sam’s that she had copied my membership info (my membership is under my first name, which I don’t use… she, and my friends know me by my middle name–so, the only way she would know the first name is that she went into the members files and just stuck in the last name & looked over the info of everyone with the same last name until she matched my DL pic & info) and ran a back ground check on me… they said they’d check on it. end result? she is still in the membership section… still free to scan the member’s info on the next guy that she meets, still free to use that info to run a (private) background check on him… the last time I was in there, she was on the floor (going to the break room?) and told me it would be “best for me” if I didn’t come back… that she might inform management that I was a stalker… so, I cancelled my card… beware of Sam’s

Called pearlridge store on Oahu yesterday to check on large cans of tuna we need for event serving 150 people.they checked and said they were out.while I was holding, they tried to contact Honolulu store, but got no response.i told them I would try.the result from 22 calls over five hours was customer service NEVER picked up, in fact the only Dept that picked up was bakery.two times I left my # and asked them to get a message to store mgr.or customer service to call me so I didn”t make a trip to other side of island in vain.i got no response.22 CALLS OVER FIVE HOURS! Called this morning to change my billing address as I spend my summers in Show Low, AZ and am now back in Yuma, AZ for the winter. I do this every year. First it is ridiculous that I have to listen to a bunch of stuff before I can talk to a person…then I get this female who must talk to my husband as he is the primary…so okay…then, it takes him about 10 minutes to get her to understand our address!! She had a difficult time understanding English and also understand fractions. Our address is on 13 3/4 Street, which took her FOREVER to understand!! While in the process of preparing a meal, I discovered the ground beef was tainted throughout with a wonder fresh color on the outside. I am extremely disappointed that your store would put this product out. Not to mention I now have to make another trip to the Newport News, VA location which is extremely inconvenient and a distance from me in Hampton, VA. Please note I have been a loyal customer since 1997. Obtaining a refund seems small compared to me having to make an additional trip to the store. Date of Incident: June 26, 2007 I have been calling the local Sam”s Club located in Tupelo, Mississippi for about a week trying to get information about a tire purchase. I was extremely frustrated and after dozens of attempts finally reached Sheila. I expressed my frustration and was met with grunts, sighs, and moans in the phone rather than an offer to take care of my problem. I simply wanted information. I became more annoyed with her lack of concern and apathetic attitude and told her there was no customer service there anymore. She hung up. I called back and reported this to the assistant manager who helped me and answered my questions. I want to make this purchase in the amount of $644.00 but I do not want to encounter this individual in the automotive department when I schedule installation. Dear sir/madam, I”ve be buying Carnation EV milk for years from the club, probably over 1000 a year. You can research that in our past purchases . You changed to members mark within the last six months. It”s not as good quality at all, but you get what you can out of your club. Now you”re out!!! Been out for about 3 weeks. Evaporated milk is a staple. How can this happen??? You messed around a year ago with the wessson oil, trying to carry only Member”s Mark!!! I had to buy it elsewhere !!! I don”t pay membership plus to not have basics on shelves ! Your company plays around too much with brands to make us change our products to less desirable ones. Just know this! Carnation evaporated milk and Wesson oil cannot be exchanged for Member”s Mark !!! And get it back on the shelves!!! Question: have you ppl ever tasted these two brands in comparison? Do it !! Dear, I am a member of SamsClub; I bought a lot of things on December 1st, including 3 bags of flour, but one of them was really bad. I think that it has been contaminated by fungi. Deserves to be shut down. I am just NOT renewing and expect most people won”t. We don”t get our value for the $40.00. The employees are fine, just the store is not great. Also, I notice the store is not busy alot either. Why make an extra trip? I”ll just go to another store that has the sense to keep items in stock. Sam”s Corporate Offices do not address issues. I have numerous times asked them to keep products that I reorder or need to be in stock. Even certain bread is not always in stock. And, except for the salad, alot of the produce is not even as good as Walmart. I have got some produce that was so awful I had to throw it away.

Dont buy anything online from Sam”s. Horrible experience. Spent $3K on couch in March. Never heard anything, no delivery, nothing. Only thing sure of is that our Sam”s Discover card got billed fast enough and I paid immediately off. Spent last tow months and countless hours on phone/on hold. Was by two different supervisors they would look into and call back. Guess what? Never happened. Each time I called had to explain everything over again to no prevail. Each person you talk to tells you something different. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money at brand name store. Now they are holding my $ hostage until they decide to credit my account. Dont EVER sign up through Sams club for direct tv. They are only authorized retailers and will scam you. Every time I try to use this card for larger purchases it is DENIED. I am so embarrassed and humiliated when this happens. I don”t have a cell phone, and therefore I cannot give them a call and ask that they allow the purchase to go through. I end up writing a check. What good is the REWARD (5% gas, 3% restaurant, 1% other) Program if they don”t let you make the purchase. I lost out on $45.00 the other day because I was denied my carpet purchase. Why would that appear to be fraudulent. The purchase was near my home. I”ve had it frozen numerous times for this same “fraudulent activity”, even though it was me trying to make a purchase. My credit rating is over 815. I take pride in that. If I cancel the card it will go down, but I am SO CLOSE to doing just that.

Fact is I feel cheated out of the 2016 cashback program. I do understand the rules and feel sorry for you and how you do business. I called in in June while I had time to check on accounts after being in the hospital, asking where my check was. They told me it had been mailed. I said I had not received it and supposedly thought I was in processing a reissue. Little did I realize that I was going to have to monitor and burden my to do list to get what was owed to me. I did not receive a check and want a reissue, but I realize that you probably don”t give a rip. I realize I don”t have to do business with you and probably want but you are not a very good company. First energy aggregator program sold at Sam”s Club. I was approached by two separate employees of just energy while shopping at Sam”s Club . They are selling the just energy $65 a month program locked for 36 months or three years. I told the gentleman I lived in a large home and my electric bill was very high. He was excited because he said they were having a competition with other salesman to show who could save the most money for a customer. He requested my bill so I went home and found my largest bill of the year. He called me at my home to sign up for the program he promised this was not a scam and that all the power a Sam”s Club stood behind his company guarantee and Sam”s club guarantee that this was an honest offer. I specifically asked him about how high my bill was and if I would be excepted on this program and he told me it was guaranteed. After signing up for the program I received a letter from just energy stating I was too high of a user to be on their program and that they were offering me a rate that was 50% higher than what I am currently paying. I went back to Sam”s Club and spoke with another employee of just energy. I specifically asked him about their ability to bait and switch or change the $65 program to a higher price. I recorded him on my cell phone. He specifically guaranteed me that that was impossible because the only program they are allowed to sell at Sam”s Club is there a $65 a month program therefore it is impossible to change the price. Obviously not this was a huge bait and switch . Although their customer service called me after filing a complaint and stated there was small print in their agreement that states they can change the price offered . This is certainly not what was said by the employees of Just Energy! Absolutely a scam !!!

First of all I love Sam”s Club, me and my husband goes twice a mouth to the one in San Bernardo, Cal. And eat before we shop, we always get a hot dog, slice of pizza and a pretzel. The line is always so long with only one window open. A few months of ago they ran out of cheese for pizza and today 8-4-17 after standing in line for over 22 minutes at the peak of lunch time were told it would be 15 minutes for hot dogs, I asked why didn”t they replace they before they ran out with no answer, so I asked to speck to the floor manger Teresa so after about 5 minutes I asked were she was and when someone went to get her she disappeared. So I went to the front desk to speak to the food court manger Chad and told him my problem about the hot dogs and Teresa, I also asked him why he didn”t make sure the food was replace he didn”t know either and said he”ll talk to Teresa and said he was sorry and gave me a $15.00 gift card and one hot dog. So me and my husband went back after about 20 minute”s later and after another 10 minutes in line were told their will be a 15 minute wait for hot dogs. In the past few mouths the quality of the food has gone down, Please help because we ready don”t want to eat at Costco

First of all, the websites for both Sam’s and Walmart are IMHO the worst websites on the internet and have been since they began. The store experiences are much better. There are always issues with the websites although they frequently change. That indicates to me that new errors are introduced every time an old one is fixed. As a (retired) programmer/analyst I am appalled that they are the kind of errors that a good software development process should have weeded out before any of it went online. My general recommendation is that you incorporate a sound software engineering process that includes extensive testing before releasing any updates. Specifically I have two complaints at this time. 1) I do a “click-and-pull” order monthly. I create the order before my monthly check comes in so I can pick up the order as soon as my check deposits. I want the ability to “pay in store” however that is not an option. In order to make it an option I have to “game the system” by choosing one of my credit/debit cards that will be rejected. At that time I get a message saying my card was rejected and one option given then is “pay in store”. I believe that the option to pay in store should always be available. Also please note that when changing the payment source the first one remains checked effectively splitting a payment. If people do not notice that they may be unhappy later. 2) I have actually been putting in feedback regularly although not always by my name. Last time a representative called me about my feedback about issue #1 but after playing phone tag and never actually talking we both gave up. I hope the following complaint was not something done intentionally. If not then there is a major problem with the software changing users’ locations. I did my usual order and went to Sams to pick it up but it was not there and the staff could not find it. As it turns out something, not I for certain, had changed my store from the Lufkin, Texas one, where I have been for 16 years, to a Benton, Arkansas one. I am enclosing screen shots of the issues I have addressed. One thing that you will see in the screenshots is that before I log into Sams, my location shows as Lufkin, Tx because I regularly log in and that much is saved even though I still have to give my username and password. First off i would like to say i have been a member at sams since 98. My wife and i have had our 2013 Hyundai sonata since 2012 over the years sams has been the ONLY place for our tire needs. Over the years we have purchased 3 sets of tires, however this last goaround has not been unpleasant, after receiving our most recent set of 4 a week goes by and my wife began to smell rubber burning. Within the next week my wife is on her way to work and out of no where while in motion she hears a loud pop sound the rear passenger tire had seized she feared for her life !! Traffic was heavy and the speed was 50mph. We had the car towed to the dealership. After looking the vehicle over it was explained to us that whomever placed the tires on had over torqued the lug. Afterwards I returned to sams club and they directed me to a third party company because the amount to fix my vehicle was over $250. I received a call from a Luther Williams from CMI. Between Luther and the asset protection manager it took two weeks to finally view the cameras . I had expressed to sams management and to Mr Williams that no one and absolutely no has had dealings with my tires but sams club, i also expressed that i did not feel it was fair we had to pay out of pocket for something we had no hands on contact with. So after reviewing the cameras Mr Luther contacts me and says after reviewing the cameras the associate who did the tires did everything correctly. So i ask him “upon reviewing the tape could you tell what color torque wrench was placed on the impact gun .” Mr Luther said “no i could not tell” so i asked if he could see the specific number on the torque wrench that was used to double check my torque he said ” no ” . So after my questions Mr Luther begin to get short worded with me saying “he don”t have time to waste on my questions right now” (EXTREMELY RUDE) then he says i will be receiving a letter in the mail explaining his findings and he hangs up. I have never been more dissatisfied with service before in my life. I have photos of my vehicles damage all i am asking for is reimbursement.

First, I would to tell you that I love Sam”s Club Pharmacy. The pharmacist, Victoria is absolutely wonderful. She is always very friendly and knowledgeable. The pharmacist tech, Dana is also absolutely wonderful. I am very happy to see her when I come to pick up my prescriptions. Both of these people are always a joy to do business with. They seem to love their work and enjoy serving others. I cannot say enough good things about them. But there is a link in the chain at the pharmacy. The service tech, Terrie is a nightmare. She is extremely rude. I cringe when I see she is working. There is no friendliness. She barely looks at me. It takes her some time to acknowledge me at the counter even though I am the only one there infront of her waiting for service. Anything she is doing is more important than helping me. When she finally speaks to me, she does not look at me and talks in a monotone voice. Her customer skills are lacking so much that it is so hard to believe she can even have a job working with the public. I first thought it was just me she was rude to and accepted that it was just a personality conflict. But then I repeatedly witnessed her having the same reactions to every customer. Even the sweet senior that has multiple presriptions and must visit the pharmacy frequently. That is not acceptable! Terrie is just a very unpleasant person. The Sam”s Club Pharmacy is wonderful. It is ashame to have a person like Terrie working in such a a sensitive business as a pharmacy…or any other service job. If you didn”t have such wonderful people like Victoria and Dana working in your pharmacy, and great prices, I would take my prescriptions some place else. This is how extremely umcomfortable Terrie”s rudeness is.

First, let me say that Paula of Sams Club Membership stated that other consumers would see this as a poor me versus poor service. If you do, that is fine, however I believe there are likely many more Humans out there, who are tired of being ripped. On November 4, 2006, I purchased a 9ft Christmas Tree and 3 boxes of Stainless Steel Landscape lights from Sam”s, where members are supposed to be getting the best deals. On December 09, 2006, I was in the store again, and found that the tree is now $40.00 less than 35 days ago, and the landscape lights are now $20.00 less/box than the same date. I spoke with a manager-Lori about this, and Lori said that they would not refund me the difference (A Member), as I didn”t have my receipt, but even if I had it had to be noticed within 30 days of purchasing the product. I purchased this product from the very store they are now reduced, and I have to notice a reduction in the price in order to get a matched price from the same store which is supposed to be offering the best deals to members-What is wrong with this picture. Then Crissie, a Customer service representative, told me that I couldn”t just come to the customer service counter and state I had gotten some item without a receipt, because then just anybody would be coming and doing this-mind you, again I am a member and they keep records of member purchases. All of this took place at the Sam”s Club Store in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The member services representative I spoke with-Paula, did state that I could take my Christmas tree back down, pull up my landscape lights, and return the used items to the store with the receipt to get a refund on a gift card, and then turn around and purchase the items again at the cheaper price-Am I the only one that sees a problem with this picture?

As I was researching I realized my membership had recently expered so I renewed online printed my receipt. I was checking out on Aug 7, 2009 (after driving 45 min to get to this store) the cashier stated my mebership had expired so I explained I had renewed on line and gave her the receipt. She called a stockperson to take the receipt to customer service and check. We watched as he leaned on the counter and laughed with other employees and when he returned to our line said the computer didn”t show anything. I said well you have my receipt showing I had renewed and he stated “sorry I can;”t do anything:” at this point I asked for a manager. The cashier said what do you want us to do magically make iot appear? I said this does not concern you I would like to speak to the manager. At this point the cashier says” I don”t need your ### my firend died yestersday and I don”t need this ###” as she walked away saying ###. I told the stock person I would go to customer service and request a manager myself. As I stood at the custmer service desk no one person would speak with me. I left the store and phoned the 800 number on the back of my card. The assitant manager did contact me at home to say she was sorry for my “problem” but she was the only manager at the store that night and she was busy. She stated she spoke with both the cashier and the stockperson. I told her if that was all she had to offer I would not be back to the store and I would take my complaint further, her response OK. Whatever happen to a little customer service? all they had to do was call and give the confirmation # to resolve the issue. Thanks melissa king

Get your checkout people back. Not everyone wants to self check. We use a check and cannot do that with self checkout. Ridiculous. Thinking about switching to Costco. I went to the Burleson Texas Sams tonight. It was very busy on a Friday night. There were 2 checkers open. One was waiting for manager assistance and didn’t seem to be too much in a hurry to help. So I switched to only other available checker. He wasn’t in too much of a hurry either. I don’t want to self checkout. So much for customer service.

Good Evening, My husband purchased a twin pact of lobster tails on last week Tuesday or Wednesday at the Milwaukee location. On this evening we placed the two tails in our Ninja indoor grill as we always do. After five minutes our Carbon Dioxide alarm went off and we thought that was strange, but we pressed restart and kept cooking. After the grill stopped I remove the tails and plated them. When we cut into one of them it smelled very strong like ammonia. This is a legitimate complaint as I manage the Consumer Affairs team for Great Lakes/Reyes Coca Cola. Based on the potencey of the ammonia smell this should be looked into right away. I have retained the packaging and cooked tails should you deem it necessary for testing.
