Attorney Rebecca J Fortune of Kimball, Tirey and St John law firm submitted emails to Judge Meyers that were inadmissible in court that reported blacks involved in drug trafficking to law enforcement in which Judge Meyers accepted a drug kickback payoff and evicted an innocent resident. June 28, 2013 Lorraine Prenters of unit 320 was arrested for dealing drugs on the property and was not evicted by Erica Jardine or Gervon Flannagan who both accept drug kickback money from Regina White in unit 212, Mike Hoffman in unit 207, Sabrina and her husband in unit 201 and Veronica in unit 201. According to the Anti Drug Abuse Act passed by Congress in 1986 Prenters and the others should have been evicted.
