I visited Sandia Resort for attending a wedding as my grandsons love the pool area I decided to take them there. When I plunked down and got settled a teenage came running over and I was reviled by him for destroying one seat nearer to the pool. I told the child I couldn’t sit on the lounge seats due to my knees, he reacted with, “we have don’t move the furniture strategy” why??? I inquired as to whether he was joking and he said he would go inquire as to whether it was alright. I was like really? Since I drew one seat nearer to the pool? Nobody at any point returned. At that point, my grandson and a couple of different children had floaties in the pool. Some woman dressed like she was going to go out on a night on the town, wearing high heels came running out, as quick as she could oversee on 4″ heels, and said no floaties in the pool. (I was told she was the pool orderly which was a BIG LIE!!) She left and proceeded to talk with some different young people (the genuine pool specialists I suppose) at the front of the pool close to the lodging entryways where they have the wrist band police; at that point, she returned and said the various children floaties were alright however that my grandsons were too enormous. She at that point turned and continued to the entryways and returned into the lodging gone forever. I whined to the supervisor at the front work area and was told the different floaties were false lifesaving gadgets, one was a major ring a large portion of the size of my grandson’s floaties and one was an oar board. Now this is a major pool and there were not unreasonably numerous individuals in it and his floaties are around 4′ tall and 28″ wide, however, it’s too enormous for the pool! I thought they would treat their gamblers superior to this. $1,800 may not be much to them but rather it’s nothing to sniff at either and I will take my cash and my grandson to an alternate gambling club and lodging next time. Something else a few people may be keen on knowing. We were there on a Saturday night and they have a club directly at the passageway of the casino. I inclined that I was in a meat showcase rather than a gambling club. Incredible for the more youthful group yet less for the more seasoned group. Additionally, attendants and employees are inconsiderate without a doubt. On an alternate note, the bathroom in our room ran and made clamours throughout the night. Almost certain this is an issue they have with a considerable lot of the rooms since last time we were in an alternate room and the toilet did likewise! Too irritating! I’m not fond of visiting this shitty place ever again because of this awful experience.
