I was disappointed by Santa Monica Medical Plaza Pharmacy. Their customer support was not ready to offer assistance and took long to deliver my order.
I had knee surgery and was taking time off to recover. At times I was okay, but come the next minute, I was groaning in pain. The pain was unbearable, and I had to look for a way to calm it down. I looked for pharmacy centers near me, and this is how I came to learn about Santa Monica Medical Plaza Pharmacy. This pharmacy had a well-organized website, and they claimed to care about their customers. Since I was looking for someone who could offer me regular deliveries to help me stop the pain and heal my surgery wound fast, I decided to hire them.
Their online website did not have a live chat section, but they had their contact details posted on the top left. I decided to give them a call to place an order. The lady who answered the phone was friendly, but she kept holding my call to attend to some business. This was awful, and so I decided to hang up. After a few minutes, I received a call from the lady questioning me why I had hanged up. She was rude and authoritative. However, since I had read from their website that they could make same-day deliveries, I explained to her my case. She suggested that I should order a number of drugs from their online platform. I did so and paid hoping they could deliver on the same day.
I did not receive the shipment, and so I decided to make a follow-up. I called the customer support agent, and this time, a different agent answered. I had to take more than ten minutes to fill him in. After filling him in, the guy explained to me that customer support does not handle shipping and deliveries. Before I asked who I should call, the guy hung up on me. This was disappointing. I called once more to see whether he could help me out; he did not answer my call. This was disappointing, but I didn’t have much of an option but wait.
The delivery was made after four days. This was an awful experience considering I was in pain. The order was poorly packed, but everything was intact. The delivery man was a young man dressed like a civilian and did not look so professional. But at least I got my package. The experience was pathetic, and so I decided to leave a review on their website. To my surprise, there was no place to leave a review. No wonder Santa Monica Medical Plaza Pharmacy got away with their poor services. I regret buying from them and would never buy again even if they improved their customer service because it took them too long to deliver.
