In May of 2015, I ordered two candles from, Scented Engagements, I never received the merchandise, about two months latter I moved to a new state, during the move I forgot about the order, when I was reveiwing my bank statement I noticed the charges and contacted the company, I explained the situation to one of the repersentitives, she looked up my information and told me that they had to check with federal Express as they were , told that the shipment was not delivered because they could not find the address, I asked her to please either resent the order or refunded my credit card for the 62.38. She said she would check with her management team and get back to me, that was a week ago, I called her today to get an update, she told me that she had to follow up with management again, I asked her to talk to a supervisor and she became very rude and hung up the phone, I tried to call back and got no answer. I went on the internet to their web site and started a chat session with someone named Eva and as soon as I explained the situation, she disconnected the chat. I have been trying for weeks to find out about my order and to no avail. I would never do business with this company ever again. I warn people to stay clear of this company, because if you have a problem with your order, you will not get any resolution, you will not receive the candles nor a refund. This company is never available .
