On March I0 ordered a 5oz Guerlain Habit Rouge Deodorant spray for $43 on a credit card. On March I received a package containig a Habit Rouge deodorant stick (not a spray). I tried to call the company Shipping and Sales departments numerous times and always received a recorded message saying there was no one there. Eventually I managed to make contact with an automated system and was told that I would receive authority to return the item. 3 days later I received authority to return the item in an email from Marc Henderson. I tried to phone him 3 times and received a recorded message claiming to be from his personal assistant that he was not available I emailed back asking him to call me. I asked by email for a return label to which he responded by email saying “what can I help you with?” then when I responded he came back with an email with the statement that they did not send out return labels but would refund my credit card and no acknowledgement of error. 10 days passed and despite remoinders to Marc Henderson, no indication of further action from the company. Then I received an email with no explanation just stating that my original order was being refunded. 5 days later a refund was credited to my card but not covering my cost of returning the incorrect it em. Unbelievable lack of responsiveness and no acknowledgement of error or concern for their customer. Probably the consequence of going for the lowest price on the internet. My original amount has been refunded but not my $3.58 mailing costs. Needless to say I will never deal again with this organization who will die from lack of customer concern. .
