I always had a dream of buying a car, but my encounter with Schmelz Countryside Volkswagen was pathetic. The dealer was more concerned about when I was making the payment, yet they delivered my car late. I regret being fooled by their online presence.
Going to work every morning by train was becoming a daunting task. I got late most of the time, and my boss was not happy about it. I started looking for local car dealers around Maplewood, who would offer me a good car at affordable prices. Finding the best dealer was not an easy task as most of them quoted exaggerated prices. I did not give up and went ahead to consult my friends to see whether they would offer me any recommendations. This is how I came to learn about Schmelz Countryside Volkswagen. From the information provided, I came to learn the dealer has been operational for quite a number of years and was offering amazing cars at affordable prices.
I checked their online website to see what people had to say about them. Their online presence was convincing since they showcased all cars available in their premises. In addition to this, each car had a quoted price, and i settled for the 2019 Volkswagen Golf R 2.0 T. This car was perfect for me, and from the product description section, the car would be delivered within a day or two after payment. After deciding, I decided to reach out to Schmelz Countryside Volkswagen through the live chat section on their website. I sent them a message and received a reply after 5 hours. This was odd and did not look promising as the reply was very brief. In fact, the customer agent only sent me their physical address. I sent another message to inquire whether they would be open at around 6 PM.
I did not receive a reply. After work, I decided to visit the Schmelz Countryside, Volkswagen. To my surprise, they were closed. I felt wasted, but I decided to call them and book an appointment the following morning. After calling them a few times, I got hold of one of their customer support, who was friendly. However, this customer support agent was not well informed about the inventory, and so she booked me an appointment with the manager that afternoon.
During the appointment, the manager did not take an interest in explain their terms of sale but kept mentioning the price. This was odd, but since I had the money ready, I did not mind him. I kept admiring the 2019 Volkswagen Golf R 2.0 T in the showroom. The car was in good shape, and I couldn’t resist paying for it. The car was to be delivered within two days and would have a three months warranty. This was a lie since the car was delivered after two weeks. In between 2019, Volkswagen Golf R 2.0 T manager and customer support kept ignoring my calls. It was horrible
