Bought a 16 by 80 in 2018. 4 pages of issues. They came out and fixed a few things. Then when u call they flat out tell u they r not going to fix anything else. And they haven’t. Shouldn’t have to call the factory. Bought it off of Lexington discount mobile homes in Lexington south Carolina. They need to contact whomever they need to take care of the problems. But they don’t. They give u the number and want u to call. Because I’m sure they already know they wont do anything. They r all nice, kind and friendly until u sign the papers and after they they r finished. Dont buy from them. Poor poor poor quality, standards, workmanship, and honesty. I could keep going on but the business and factory really dont care.

Damaged when built; several slices and holes in the linoleum I paid $300 extra a room to get, sliding glass door bent, carpet had holes and cuts in it. Then, it was damaged in delivery and the frame was bent. A huge section had to be cut out and new welded back twice!!! And it was not setup properly. State inspector cited multiple issues. The floor is not level and the floor bounces and is loose in the spare bedroom, kitchen countertop was cut too wide and left a gap at the sink. They did a patch job on the linoleum that looks horrible. They refuse to replace it! They refuse to fix the floor. The ac duct work is squished under the frame and laying on the ground. They submitted a certificate of occupancy to the finance company that does not exist because there is no power and skirting and the county has not been out at all for an inspection. The finance company paid them and started drafting money from my account (without contacting me) even though I cannot live in this home and there are damages still not repaired. This company is a complete fraud!!! I don”t know how they sleep at night knowing what they do to people!! Savannah howard is a crook!!! Someone at scotbilt fraudulently created a certificate of occupancy for my home that does not exist!!

I had bought a new modular home and just put up in August 2008. The place is coming apart but the company won”t do anything. they said the warranty is only good for 30 days. I looked on my title papers and it says I have a one year warranty. Its brand new and is falling apart. what do I do?
