THIS SURVEY IS COMPLETED AFTER THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM SEASIDE RENTALS. I VISIT ROCKY POINT OFTEN AND HAVE A HOUSE ON PLAYA ENCANTO. WE USED THIS BEACHFRONT HOUSE AS EXTRA ROOMS FOR VISITORS. AFTER ASKING ALL VISITORS, THEY SAID THERE WAS GLASS ON THE FLOOR UPSTAIRS WHEN THE ARRIVED IN THE ROOM AND SO NO ONE WOULD GET INJURED, CLEANED IT UP AND PUT IT IN THE TRASH. NO ONE KNEW ANYTHING OF A MISSING FLOOR MAT. WE WERE ALSO TOLD OF HOLES POKED IN THE CEILING. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. THERE WERE NO HOLES MADE BY ANY OF US. WE ARE ALL ADULTS, I HAVE A HOUSE THERE AND WE ENJOY THE PROPERTIES, WE DO NOT DESTROY THE PROPERTIES. I HAVE HEARD DIFFERENT THINGS IN THE PAST ABOUT SEASIDE RENTAL SCAMS BUT PAID NO ATTENTION TO THEM BECAUSE IT IS OTHER PEOPLES EXPERIENCES, NOT MINE. NOW I HAVE A REASON TO BELIEVE THE RUMORS OF THE SCAMS GOING ON. YOU HAVE WITH HELD MY DEPOSIT FOR NO REASON. I CAN RETURN THE PILLOW ON MY NEXT VISIT (TO MY CASA) BUT I WILL NEVER STAY IN A SEASIDE RENTAL PROPERTY OR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND YOUR BUSINESS TO ANY OTHERS. WE VISIT A LOT AND KNOW OTHERS THAT VISIT ALSO. THEY WILL NOT RECOMMEND SEASIDE RENTALS EITHER UNLESS WE CAN FIX THIS “SCAMMING” PROBLEM.Our security deposit was scammed from us because of these things. I had heard of such scams but wanted to give SEA SIDE the benefit of the doubt. NEVER again!!! I reported these things early during the stay but the service guys never showed up. .
