I initially signed up with these guys in late 2009 or early 2010. In early 2013, and after the 3 year agreement had expired, I called them to terminate the arrangement and was told I had to pay, if memory serves, a penalty of $1,400 or so. When I inquired as to why, I was told the contract had automatically renewed for another 3 years. This per fine print in the contract. A serious of heated phone calls from higher ups in the organization, led to: Quotes of approximately $400 and $700 as deals to walk away. A request to me to refer others since I was leaving. Then came threats of collection. They have made good on their threats, having referred the matter to numerous collection agencies (no shit, at least 3) and I am still being hounded daily even though it is over a year. Further, the amount they are asking for now exceeds $2,000. Odd because a full 3 year contract cost only $1,656. I will not pay for a service I no longer want and have terminated. I have so informed them and am considering legal action. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! .
