Security Officers Training Academy

This company is a complete scam! I paid for gun permit classes and completed the course in May 2015. I called SOTA to set an appointment so I could pick up my certificate of completion and was told to come in the following day. When I arrived at my scheduled time I was told that that the person my appointment was with was not in the office for the rest of the day. I then was told to call the following day to speak with the person himself so we could schedule another appoint. I called as I was told and spoke to that person and he said he would mail my certificate that same day. Two weeks passed and I had not yet received my certificate so I called again and was told they were sorry and would be sure and mail my certification that same day. As of June 2015 I have never received my certificate. Each time I call and they ask my name I am immediately hung up on. As of June 30th my firearms permit expires. I was taken for my time and money by this fraudulent and scam company. SOTA I have filed a complaint with BSIS and Consumer Affairs.
