I had a stroke in Lowes store 1561 while I worked there. The company in store HR representitive never informed me of my rights for a Workmans Comp. claim so I filled it myself AFTER I left their employment. About a Month after I filled, I heard from Sedgwick CMS. So far, there claims man for Hawaii Jason Burrell, has olny returned one of my many phone calls. He and I have had no direct conversations. I just got another latter from Sedgwick telling me I they have not been able to contact me. I have called them many times to a VM box only. They aredoing that trick of delaying, delaying and delaying until I give up probably. I will not do that. I will contact my own attorney though. I suggest to anyone that comes into contact with Sedgwick, call you’re attorney first thing. Sedgwick CMS is a privately held company that is hired to do one thing, not pay anyone anything and do it by any means posible. That is what this company WAS designed to do. BEAWARE! .
