As a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), I provide a safe and compassionate space where counseling clients from all over Tampa, FL receive support as they navigate through the challenges of life. Whether you or your teen are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or sexual or gender identity issues, we can work together to get you to where you want to be. I also work extensively with individuals and couples who benefit from sex and relationship counseling, as well as couples in longterm monogamous relationships who feel stuck. Additionally, I offer creative support groups for teenage girls and the LGBTQ+ community.My style is person-centered, relational, dynamic, supportive and affirming. Working from a person-centered approach, I believe that you are the expert on yourself and are able to strive for and are capable of fulfilling your own potential. Additionally, I enjoy working with the LGBTQ+ community and specialize in transgender children, teens, and adults.Empowering and guiding my clients to live, feel, communicate, and connect authentically with themselves and others is the cornerstone of my practice. I emphasize the importance of a strong therapeutic connection and commitment to growth. My practice is dedicated to helping you feel joy and satisfaction within yourself, your career, and your relationships.
