I ordered shocks for a common vehicle (Dodge Dakota) that did not show ‘out of stock.’ Three days later, they still show as ‘processing.’ Email response said they were being shipped from the factory warehouse immediately and ‘processing’ would be updated soon. I looked for and found the "Fine print." The Terms and Conditions hidden at the very bottom of the web page say "Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from our regular inventory. Items which are not available from our regular inventory are procured from the manufacturer’s distribution center and shipped in approximately 5-10 business days. Time-in-transit varies by destination, but typically ranges from 1-5 business days within the 48 United States depending on service type. " There appears to be no way to know if the shocks will be shipped from the warehouse or some other warehouse.
