BAck in July by sister passed and had ordered some items. I called and asked if I could return. Sure we have to credit the account they were charged to. I said ok but I closed her account, the rep said you can contact your bank and they will honor it. I did this and returned the jewelry. They sent the money to the bank however the bank didn”t recognize it and sent it back. After multiptle communications and months later, they now say they can”t send my money back to the bank because they can only do one refund. The bank won”t do a dispute cause it is has been over 60 days. Now the liquidation channel has my jewelry and money, and I have been talking to the customer service manager and now she won”t respond to me.
