I ordered an Invicta watch from Shop HQ. The watch I received was clearly a previous return. None of the tags were there. None of the plastic protective wrap was there. The warranty registration number that Invicta requires for their five year warranty was not there. I went through h**l with customer service trying to get a simple registration number and was willing to keep the used watch even though I’d paid for new. However, they simply could not comply so I returned the watch. When I gave them a poor review on their reviews page, they rejected my review saying that it did not meet their “specifications” but better luck next time. I guess that is a good way to stack the deck on your service reviews. Simply reject any negative feedback and you end up looking like gold. At least I got my refund.
