I arrived at 730am at the door, then was asked to wait downstairs by a blonde women and then made the line and signed my name at 8:10am. There was a women wearing a yellow cardigan at the front desk who was also training someone else at the same time. She was the one who took the morning people’s information and mine also. She took my insurance information and my referrals. They were old and we both talked about it so she was aware they were outdated and still scanned them.
This is where she most likely confused herself and misplaced my information and my place in line, thus having me wait far longer than I should. I was unaware of this for all of the morning, I waited patiently and once it was 12:30 I had to speak up and check on my status; that is when the new administration people, two women, at the desk discovered that I was never in line and had to be replaced on the list. HOW WHY WTF 7 FUCKIN HOURS
Because it was lunch time I would have had to wait till 2 to be prep and then seen. I voiced my opinion especially the disrespect about not being seen accordingly and so they spoke to a supervisor and had me just prep and then have to come back at 2 still. My tooth is out and the day is done and I received weak apologies from the same desk, I was tearing up the entire time because it was out of my control yet I did everything I can as a patient to be seen accordingly and still leave a clinic after 3 after 7 hours of waiting. Just why?!
It was just a wisdom tooth extraction, took less than 10 minutes and yet 7 hours of waiting. SCREW THOSE PEOPLE I have no reason to want to return even if I need to.
