You don’t survive in business for this long if you don’t care about your customers as Angelica says. Angelica mispurchased products and did not call as suggested to fully understand what she was purchasing. The restocking fee mentioned is not hidden, and we highly recommend customers who are not fully knowable call which is clearly written on our website. We did resolve issue with Angelica fiancée, but Angelica then decided to dispute charge after we came up with a resolution. The information on their Amazon page was confusing and I thought I was getting 4 sets of 4 paneled interior shutters. Instead I received 4 sets of 2 paneled shutters. The mistake was due to the lack of clarity on their Amazon page and I didn’t understand what I was actually getting. The seller refused to work something reasonable out with me for an exchange, but finally agreed to reducing the restock fee to 25%. He didn’t keep to his end of the agreement and charged me a 50% restock fee once he received the shutters back. In essence, I have paid $300 for shutters I have returned to the seller. The total purchase was originally $427.69. This is outright unethical! The seller portrays these as custom made and this is the reason for the restock fee. They are not custom made and sit in a warehouse in ILL waiting to be shipped. They were delivered within a week.

We were very disheartened that we were unsucessful in satisfying this specific customer… Our product descriptions are extremely descriptive as we sell thousands of these units without any customer confusion. We also specifiy “Please call if you have any questions or for further information.” We wish this customer would have called us as she obviously was limited in understanding fractions. We tried to accommodate as well as tried to provide financial consideration to this customer for her error. We did come to an acceptable agreement with her fiancee which she later refused to, and disputed charge which was disallowed, and found in our favor. We wish this customer would have taken the time to call as suggested on our product description.
