Since I paid for the week four days ago the key card machine has been broken and they have made no attempt to fix it. When I asked about when it might be fixed I was met with extremely negative attitudes. I’ve had to go to the front office and have them call someone to let me into my room every time I’ve gone into it. Today no one even showed up so I just left for a while. I’ve resorted to rigging my door with a piece of tape that slides under that I can pull to open the door. I’ve tried calling the corporate office five times but no one answers. They charge an extra $35.00 per week for sheets and towels. The mattress is covered with plastic, the place is crawling with roaches and the staff is very rude. There’s a refrigerator that barely works, a twenty year old tv and what look like blood stains on the box spring. I would not advise anyone staying here. .
