These people are running a syndicate and stealing money from the people in this area. They are falsely advertising their services and cheating their patients. These people use low-quality and cheap tools and medications for the treatment of the patients, which can result in a lot of harm later on. Their business model is to provide incomplete care to the patients so they’ll come back more often. I know all this because these people did the same with me. They did a terrible job with my treatment and due to that, I had to return a couple of times. They don’t care about your financial health or your well-being. No, all they care about is filling their own pockets. And it’s not just one guy, all the dentists there are criminals. I’m talking about Peter and his staff. These people keep lying to your face and make you feel as if you’re responsible for all the wrong things happening to your teeth. I had started visiting the place for simple preventative care. Then after a few checkups, Dr. Navid suggested me to get my wisdom teeth extracted. I was a little surprised by his suggestion because I didn’t feel any discomfort or face any problems because of them. But according to him, I needed to get them extracted as soon as possible. Now, my financial health wasn’t that good at that time. I tried to delay the procedure but the clinic started calling me a couple of times a day to make sure that I get my tooth extracted. Well, that’s what I did. It cost me a lot but I thought it’s for my own good after all. Things didn’t stop there. It was just the beginning. After a few weeks, I noticed that I used to remain in constant toothache. After my checkup, Dr. Navid told me that because I had delayed my treatment, an infection has spread onto one of my other teeth. I was surprised because I maintain proper oral hygiene. Why would my teeth get infected all of a sudden? Well, I was going to get another treatment from these people when a friend of mine suggested me to get a second opinion from some other dentist. And that’s what I did. Turns out, when they extracted my wisdom teeth, they damaged one of my other teeth too. And what I needed was a simple tooth filling. I don’t know what they were going to do. I have stopped going to that place ever since. I used to get constant calls from that place but I just told them straight that I won’t be coming back and they should stop calling me. This place is nothing more than a sham. I didn’t need to get my wisdom teeth extracted. And I don’t know how many other teeth was Dr. Navid was going to remove from my mouth. There was no infection in my teeth but he didn’t care. DON’T GO TO SIERRA DENTAL!
