My first time to come in contact with SML – Simple Moving Labor for moving my belongings to a new address was disappointing.
The company scheduled to deliver my belongings canceled due to the many deliveries they had for that day. I didn’t know what to expect from the company. I had no idea of cancellation and waited for the truck at my new address for two hours.
There’s no punctuality on deliveries and no communication to me of the cancellation.
I signed a contract that I agreed on the terms and conditions in the fine print. This is no fault of mine and the company needs to refund me my high charges of delivery expenses.
The company isn’t worth spending money and has no professional staff to assist if needed.
I didn’t get my money’s worth of services here.
There’s no customer care with customers SML – Simple Moving Labor.
I don’t feel satisfied with the late delivery of my belongings.
The bad weather didn’t stop the delivery it was the staff’s laziness that caused the delivery to arrive late at my new address.
We made a deal of time the truck will arrive at my new address, but the information misplaced on the way of their deliveries.
I hired this company to make work lighter and easier for me. I didn’t realize the high delivery charges and deliveries made my day hectic.
Nobody answered telephones and emails to notify me of the late deliveries. The email came to me an hour after waiting at the new address.
There’s weren’t any updates on the deliveries to my new address. The process disappointed me and I felt annoyed with the company staff at SML – Simple Moving Labor.
No professionalism at this company and they don’t prioritize customer’s services. My experience wasn’t pleasant nor was the truck driver and crew of the truck.
I didn’t see any plan and organization in the goods at the back of the truck. People working with poor communication and poor knowledge of the area when delivering goods.
The process didn’t interest the driver and the helpers.
My belongings arrived but aren\’t in good condition and I hoped insurance will cover expenses unfortunately, costs weren’t covered. I managed to pay some of the costs. I don’t recommend this company to other people to experience the horrible services as I have.

A difficult time with movers at SML – Simple Moving Labor and they don’t give customers the best of all services. Employees don’t care to help each other to make the delivery load feel easier. Glass plates and cups broke and a few of my items stolen. Nobody claimed responsibility for those items.
The moving time and late deliveries weren’t planned, and nobody cared to check the times and schedules at the front desk.
I felt disappointment for having no belongings intact instead stolen, broken and misplaced.
Customer care isn’t first on the list to move belongings from one place to the next.
I experience a rude and disrespectful crew and wish I hadn’t contacted this company. At SML – Simple Moving Labor, there’s no qualified worker and knowledgeable worker.
