I ordered simply garcinia and simply green coffee bean as a trial. I tried it for a week and I did not notice anything positive about the product. It just made me constipated. So since I did not like the product I called to cancel. There was an automated system that said to simply cancel press 1. After I pressed 1 the automated system said that my account was canceled and that I would not be charged for any future shipments AND that my card was charged $38….. Wait what? my card was charged $38?? so I called customer service to complain and they said that I was supposed to press 2 not 1???? what the hell?? so I demanded a refund and they would not give me one they said I had to return the product first which can take up to 4 weeks to process everything!!! I asked to speakwith a manager and they said I couldn’t so that’s it? I have to be okay with you just taking $38 ?? that I did not authorize? what if that was my last $38 that I had to feed my kids or something??? Thank you god that I am not in that situation but I think companies like this should not be in business. .
