FYI: No refunds are allowed. All sale items = FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Allowable returned items will be given an online store credit only, no exceptions. Everything but full priced clothing = FINAL SALE items meaning unless you’re buying clothes everything else is non returnable non exchangeable so make sure you order what you want. Items received after the 14 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. (A 1/5 of your entire order’s cost- insane! I spent $355 so that’s roughly $70 they will not refund you) Items received after 30 days will not be accepted back. A shipping fee of $6.95 will be charged for exchanges (they deduct this from your return cost). The original shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit for any order, those orders that originally shipped for free will be charged as well; $9.95 for U.S. orders. Returns will be processed within 5 – 7 business days. “Please note on returns for different sizes or colors the purchaser is responsible for shipping charges. Items purchased online may not be returned to our retail stores.” Never shopping from this retailer again. Worst customer service. Unless you absolutely know that there’s no way you’d want to make an exchange or return an item, you’re getting screwed over.
