Skinner Autoplex

I purchased a 2012 Subaru Impreza based on the information given to me by the salesman man. I was told it was a one owner vehicle, it was not, it was a RENTAL. It had 54,000 miles on it, the engine, fluids, and other car parts were not checked by a service dept. The front seat was broken, all fluids were below the danger mark, front bumper was hanging by a thread, the back bumper not attached to car. I traded in a 2010 Kia Forte Koupe in excellent condition with only 20,000 miles on it. I purchased this vehicle for 17,999 and was only given 13,000 for the Kia. After further examination I took this car to a Subaru Dealer and was given the bad news that this vehicle was in extremely bad condition. The following day ( withing the 3 day resend ruling) I returned the car sighting all of the incorrect information I was given and asked to have the Kia returned to me per the 3day resend law. They would not honor this policy and would only sell my Kia back to me, locking me back into a 7year contract. In desperation, I did purchase My Kia back. THis companies practices are underhanded, unlawful, and unacceptable. If you are smart, do not make the same mistake I made in good faith, Do not buy anything, not even a soda from this company. They will only choke you with it. Stay away from Skinner Autoplex! .
