After paying to go skydiving with this company, I also paid for pictures and video for an extra $110. I was promised that I’d receive the video in the mail the following week… nearly eight months later, I still have no video. This company does not respond to emails or voice mails, even though I have called dozens of times since I went in October over half a year ago. Their customer service doesn’t exist and after paying so much money for a video of my experience and not getting it after being promised a product, it’s incredibly disappointing. Tons of Google reviews say the same thing, and I wish I had known before I paid so much money that has gone to waste because of this scamming company.
