I purchased a Majestic AS PTM King bed and paid around $1000 for it. It has been a little over a year and the bed is horrible. We are unable to sleep on it as it has dips and is uncomfortable to sleep on. We have gone back to using our 13 year old bed which is far better. I now have lower back problems and would probably never purchase another Sleeptronic bed again. Because it is over a year I am stuck with a bed that I cannot return to the store that I purchased it from because the manufactures warranty is up. I was guaranteed a great bed and received a crap bed. I would not recommend this company or bed to anyone I know.

I purchased a Sleeptronic basic mattress which had a 20 year warranty. Within a year it was horrible. I returned it to place of purchase. They gave me a small credit towards purchasing a “more expensive” mattress stating that it had to be used towards the purchase of another Sleeptronic set. I added an additional $500 for the Angels Dream set. Before 6 months was up, this mattress was also horrible. It sagged down the middle, making you roll when lying down. I again contacted the store only to learn that they no longer carried the Sleeptronic brand. Upon contacting the Sleeptronic company, I was instructed to ship the mattresses to the company in Texas for repair. Do they realize how much it would cost to ship a mattress set? Obviously not. Stating that I shouldn’t have to be out additional money, they refused to help me or take my calls. I filed a complaint with the Texas Better Business Bureau against Sleeptronic. After 13 months of waiting for help, I contacted them only to learn that they also couldn’t help me. They stated that the mattress warranty clearly states that Sleeptronic is only responsible for repairing, not for shipping, and that the repairs themselves are not warranted. If 2 days later I had the same problem, I would again have to pay to ship mattresses to Texas. Does anyone else agree with me that this is ridiculous? Before purchasing mattresses, read your warranty and avoid any company that is not widely know by consumers. Otherwise, you will end up with a cheap mattress at an expensive price only to be stuck with it after it goes bad.
Sleeptronic Reviews & Complaints
I purchased a sleeptronic queen mattress on 11/17/15. For the past year, our back pain increased. The mattress has sagged in the middle on both sides, and has a 15 yr warranty, 5 year pro-rated. We have had it for less than “2” years. It is horrible and I contacted sleeptronic via E-mail. I WILL file REPORT with the BBB, and do whatever it takes, for them to correct this.
