Smallflower.com and also selling as “smallflower” amazon was 3 weeks late in shipping my order. Rather than give me a courtesy update or inform me immediately after my order that the product I wanted wasn’t available and/or there was going to be a substantial delay just cancelled my order without any notice. 3 weeks later I have to order from someone else when I needed this purchase for a special upcoming and time sensitive event. I’m very inconvenienced and upset. After this I would never order from them. If they don’t have what you ordered, they’ll sit on it for weeks and then cancel your order without informing you or apologizing. Extremely poor business practice. Out the thousands of times I ordered online this if the first time I have dealt with such and unreliable company. .
