I downloaded SmartPCFixer.com. It acted like a virus on my computer. It took a computer expert a long time to get the computer fixed and I lost a lot of files I had stored on my computer. When I contacted SmartPCFixer and I received no response from them. The next time I contacted them, I asked for my money back and again, no response. .
