First it took over 2 weeks to receive my game. I ordered on 12/02/16 and it arrived on 12/19/16. It was supposed to be brand new but the box was not sealed, was smashed up and had no directions! How am I supposed to give this as a gift? Oh, and it was mailed from Vanuatu! They have ripped off someone on a fixed income who now has what appears to be a used game for their one grandchild. I can”t afford to return it and as I expected a new game for my grandson, I am devastated. They have offices in Hong Kong and the US and I hope that you can stop them from taking advantage of people.
