I contacted this company concerning dental work involving the placement of 8 crowns & 2 implants. I provided them with my treatment plans, in writing, from 2 dentists, in Sarasota, FL, which was going to cost me $21,000. I offered to have my x-rays forwarded to them, to which they never responded. They provided me with a proposed treatment plan, in writing, from their office, which was going to cost me just under $9,800. I renewed my passport and made plans to spend 8 days there, to complete the work. I went to their office on 4/27/15. After x-rays and an examination, in the morning, they presented me with the alternative of 2 different treatment plans. One for $25,000 and the other for $20,000. I was not given a copy of the proposal until they completed drilling my teeth and placed 3 temporary crowns in my mouth, at 5:00 p.m.. I was then asked to pay $3,300, which I did. I didn’t mention to the staff that I had no intention on returning, but I did tell their driver (Paul) on the way back to my hotel. I had to purchase an additional plane ticket, to return to Florida, on 4/29, as the flights for 4/28 were booked solid. I had already purchased a non-refundable round trip ticket and was originally scheduled to return home on 5/2. If I wanted to spend in the neighborhood of $20,000, for dental work, I could have just as well stayed home. I had to spend the money board my 4 dogs and missed 5 days at work. This whole experience was a total waste of time & money. Be assured that I am going to sit down with my attorney and discuss legal action. I do have all the documentation to substantiate my claim. .
